Rachelle and the customer service team have been so attentive accommodating and willing to help resolve an exchange of a bag I received as gift that I am now planning to spend more money than the value of the original item Great customer service skills pay off

Affordable and high-quality bag with good support

I bought the Forte Light bag and it looks chic and feels light as advertised There was a problem with the leather hardware two months of light usage and while Maverick and Co takes a bit of time to reply their support is impeccable I recommend buying from them if you prefer an affordable yet high quality office bag and would like to receive good support

The product itself is great The leather and details are very cool Unfortunately the bottom part of it was broken after purchase but the customer center kindly resend a new one

I discovered Maverick and Co

I discovered Maverick and Co when searching for a new bag for work I really like the blue leather colour and the orange accent and internal lining The bag is looks great and stylish and is incredibly functional It is also excellent value for money so much so that two of my colleagues have also bought the same bag and I know they are both as happy as I am with the product

Very happy with my leather briefcase after a year of use it still looks and feels as new the quality of the leather and craftsmanship is superb When my shoulder strap broke during a biz trip the company reacted within a few hours and arranged to send me a replacement strap Would highly recommend

Amazing bag I use it all the time for work and travel the quality style and practicality of the back pack is well worth the money The customer support team are super and delivery was super quick
