I was really happy with my experience when purchasing from MaxGaming in Norway Sweden which appear to be connected After ordering four items I noticed that two of them were out of stock and the estimated restock dates were pretty late so I contacted them and asked if I could get a refund on those product and place a separate order for them so the products that were in stock could be shipped immediately I got an answer first thing the next day I sent the email on a holiday from a very polite and helpful customer service attendant who cancelled the two products that were out of stock and sent me a refund for those The refund came super fast and later that same day I got an email confirmation that the products in stock had been shipped Maybe it s different in different countries but I was very happy with the customer service and help I received The tracking also says my products will be here in 2-4 business days despite Covid-19 which I was pleasantly surprised at
