Selby McDonald s

I love McDonald s and I love spice so when I saw they had a new spicy wrap I was very excited to try bought the wrap today and I may aswell had gone poundland and just bought a straight bottle of siracha It tastes as if someone dared me to lick lava I do not understand what possesses people to put that much spice in If they put the same amount of spice onto dog poo it would still taste the same as this wrap Should have put spicy sauce may also contain bread cucumber lettuce and chicken because without someone telling me it had those things in id of never known

DISAPPOINTED

We always go to Selby Yorks McDonald s for breakfast on Saturday or Sunday It s usually great service with polite and helpful staff Today we got there at 9 15 and the whole time we were in the building we could hear arguing between staff behind the counter We looked across when we heard someone say f off a few times to another member of staff The staff in question were female management as they all had shirts on not t-shirts We would have said something but felt we might get a mouthful back It has tainted our opinion of this particular McDonald s

I ordered a 20 box of nuggets I had 15

so basically when I order food from McDonald s in WIGAN they forget half of my order What a disappointment McDonald s you WAS my favourite food restaurant But also YOU forget MY sauces I do not want to eat my chicken nuggets without any sauce And also another issue When I order fries there is NO SALT I m Asking nicely here PLEASE add salt to the fries Yours sincerely a sad teenager

McDelivery Issues

I ordered a 20 box of nuggets I had 15 I get theres never 20 it s always over by one or two or under by a couple but 15

Used the app for the first time

I have used McDelivery a number of times and I have 2 main issues 1 Missing Items - It feels like the orders are not checked well enough People forgive the odd one but when it happens several times it is very frustrating 2 Cold items - Some deliveries take some time presumably due to securing a driver I wonder if orders are made up before a driver is secured as cold food is more the norm than the exception In particular the porridge seems to always be cold I wonder if the packaging does not retain heat very well

Disappointed buns were chewy very odd

Used the app for the first time put order in 30mins before arrival Gave code at speaker then around to windows Food was already in bag when I git to window Got home 5mins later most of the was cold warm So think they start preparing when you pull into carpark even though at least another 5min before you reach the window Won t use app again Normally I wait at window for upto 2mins while their bagging it

No Gluten Free UK

Disappointed buns were chewy very odd veggie burger is bits put together no actual veg burger its horrible Chips were warm Very disappointed This was at Merthyr Retail park

Unprofessional Service

I think mcdonalds can be great either as a snack or a fun meal to have when passing but in the UK they don t try to accommodate for the people can hardly eat from their restaurants my boyfriend is diagnosed coeliac and he can pretty much only eat fries and even with that they write on their website there s no guarantee cross contamination won t happen For such a big chain of restaurants all over the world they should start improving this They have gluten free options available abroad but no where in the UK i ve seen a lot of restaurants being renovated now and it looks like each time the kitchen area gets smaller Why would they do that

Dear McDonalds Corporation Thank you first and foremost for taking the time to read my response I hear by write this response in regards to a recent experience I ve had at one of your franchise s at Bridge Road Isle Of Sheppey Kent When ordering a delivery via the Uber Eats app not only did I not receive a drink I paid for but the food was cold Luke-warm at best I fully understand that things happens and we re sometimes understaffed but I would appreciate it If this could be adjusted or looked into please as this isn t something I m really happy or Impressed about Please reconsider this and I would like to inform you that I m going to be reviewing your company over the next coming two months Thank you for reading and I hope to hear from you soon YoursConnor

MUST bring back the chicken Legend with cool mayo

Mc Donalds Whitstable always forget something useless - sauces straws icecream Why no flurries so frequently and when it does arrive its barely half a container full Food is barely warm and they have started delivering to my side door instead of front door no letterbox may be a clue
