2 ladies work in this branch there customer service skills are excellent they could go around teaching staff at other branches how to be The day was 8 11 at 7am one lady was taking payments other lady severed the food My work colleague have said about these 2 ladies and how nice they are and taking 2 seconds to speak to you They are a credit to youThank you you cheered my day up

The burgers are very juicy the crispy bacon on my Lucius lips the flavour is buzzing and is incredible and unimaginable but the prices are a bit expensive but they are very worth it but i generally like the whole menu and i could eat it all because it is so good I rated it a 5 star because it is my favourite restaurant and take away to get

Hi My wife and I used the drive through at your at westwood restaurant thanet this morning we were greeted with a very cheery voice on the intercom When we ordered we went round to the window and I asked a question about the McDonalds app The young lady Lola was very helpfull in explaining the answer to my question It was a pleasant surprise to be greeted by someone so pleasant and polite

My burger is always cold

Every time i order via the online app collect the items get home the burger is always cold or it s been sat around for hours and it s on the bin time limit I live 4 minutes away from McDonald s so it is not the travel distance why it s cold The rest drunk fries pie are always hot and tasty
