This is not the company to deal with Not interested in your concerns I spoke with three different people and received 3 different answers 1 of which was pertaining to my issue and to help me with my problem I have been dealing with an insulin pump device and just recently it has fallen out of warrenty So immediately I receive a phone call from Medtronic about this telling me it is time to purchase a new device In the mean time I have been dealing with another much needed support with the same device and have never received a call about it I spoke with an area Manager named Doug and he became very abrupt with me and letting me know it is time to purchase another pump Not concerned about giving information to correct my pump or resolve how to fix it My whole life depends on this machine device to be functional I have since spoke with a person who works under Doug and she was very responsive and very Helpful To solve and fix my issues And the advise she gave me worked While in the meantime inly thing Doug wanted to do is Get a another Sale I might also ad that the support team also was on same track as Doug I called support and for 45 minutes Tina argued with me about new pump New pump And after I told her I need support She then changed her logic and realized I was seriously not interested in buying a new pump And wanted to offer to check out and she if she could fix my pump I could go on for hours with this complaint but I think you get my point
