Worst Interview Experience Ever
Trustpilot may be about customer experiences but I want to also warn people about applying for a job with them Be very aware The interview process is a disgrace at Abbott If you are reading this please do not apply unless you want to be made look a fool and waste time First of all if you are unlucky to get a message from a talent recruiter Julia in Ireland please ignore it She is incompetent at her job She does not read emails properly When I got the original invitation for a telephone interview I only had one choice for Friday afternoon I advised Abbott of this and also advised that I had a verbal offer from another company Julia did not bother reading the email properly and advised there they would not be going forward When I advised her that this was a verbal offer she wrote back and apologized and gave me a few more time slots I picked a time for a Monday afternoon I already however had a lot of reservations about having an interview with Abbott On the morning of the interview Julia wrote to me cancelling the interview and saying that it had been offered to somebody internally To cancel an interview at short notice is a real 2 figure sign to the applicant There was an apology from her and when I made a complaint from the Head of Talent Acquisition Brendan That was all There was no investigation and I felt like a square peg in a round hole Abbott was the worse experience I have ever had as an applicant and I would recommend nobody to apply to them

Abott Lingo Biosensor
Abott Lingobiosensor is a big mistake I have ever done Do Not Buy Do Not Believe in Stupidity Their app crashed after 2 weeks and customer service could not help One you download their new app Best of Luck it will keep syncing your data for days you won t be able to see your own glucose levels so all in all is a waste of money

I didn t want to that guy who jumped straight onto here slated the company but the App has been down for over 48 hours no sign of a fix no communication no deadline set Wouldn t imagine it would be too good if the NHS contract was pulled or someone came to serious harm due to the inefficiency of this company

Failed successive Libre 2 CGM
Tried three successive Libre 2 CGM sensors and not one lasted more than 6 days - Abbott an awful company - ages on hold to customer service - stated they would tell me why they had failed if I sent sensors back to them but never contacted meI won t bother with them ever again and give Dexcom a go

Libre linkup is updated by abbott to sabotage use of widget from third party apps on android phones and watches customer service is also s t as they dont reply Terrible company as they dont make own widget solution for android phones watches and now also sabotage use of other apps

This company should be investigated
This company should be investigated Very poor customer service I used the sensors before the pandemic and was left very unimpressed both by the sensor falling off after just a few days and by the company s very poor customer service I contacted them today after having an issue with an order I placed and unfortunately it looks like things are still as bad if not worse than they were pre-pandemic Non existent customer service Once they got your money don t expect any help 1 star is far too generous

Why are the NHS still paying for this
Why are the NHS still paying for this when 50 of the sensors don t work Can you think of any other business that would still be allowed to trade if only half their medical supplies worked as they said they would Just had one fail while I was abroad and customer service said there was nothing they could do absolutely useless company but as long as they re getting our tax money why should they care right
