Just a really bad crappy product BP is always 113 70 far off being accurate The heart rate is not accurate and the screen stays on literally for 3 seconds and cannot be adjusted No response from customer support of course

Does not work as advertised

I purchased this watch to measure heart beats per minute during exercise The watch didn t work While exercising at 145 BPM it registered a BPM of 78-82 which is defective and useless The supposed return policy is falsely advertised After contacting the manufacturer about this problem they said it was just inaccurate and therefore no exchange and no return As one can see from the many one star reviews the goal of this manufacturer is to sell you the watch and then stiff you when you learn that the functionality at least as to measuring BPM is not inaccurate but simply does not work nor perform as advertised Not surprisingly this watch is not sold on Amazon where this entity would insist on a return policy that is actually honored

I wish I d seen this page before purchasing this expensive bulky useless watch that I can t even return I bought this watch for my dad who is a fall risk Customer service is useless and probably busy leaving 5 star reviews on their own page They can t even answer the simplest question Complete waste of money

Do not buy for blood pressure monitoring

The main reason I ordered the Med Watch Pro was to monitor my BP while traveling Sadly the readings are highly inaccurate when compared to my Omron cuff which matches the readings at the doctor s office The watch s readings don t even come close Although the watch has many other features that folks might enjoy an accurate BP reading is not one of them Wish it was returnable

Read the return policy before buying medwatch The blood pressure is consistently so far out from a medical blood pressure cuff to be dangerous if you rely on it for hypertension Take note no returns for being inaccurate

I bought the blood pressure watch It always registers 118 76 although I had blood pressure from 150s to 180s I used Discover to insure my purchase against fraudulent products I recommend you do with new products Medwatch said they cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of the monitor How can you then call this a blood pressure watch

I sure wish I had looked at this site before purchasing These people are shiesters to be sure They are really banking on your fear about your heart health and then sell you a crappy product which does not work How can you sell a watch to check blood pressure or pulse rate which does not do said functions and then not refund the price of purchase I tried returning the watch too for an even more basic issue-it doesn t fit and is simply too large overall They would not accept this reason and to add insult to injury the person writing the email called me dear
