To scam or not to scam thats my question

8 days ago i placed my order with them they say within a few days order is supposed to be processed but I haven t heard a thing from them not even after i emailed them asking if the site was a scam or not They dont have the same delivery capability of ebay or amazon thats for sure

No part after 2 weeks

Dear Sirs Megazip is a very inefficient company Communication is extremely poor because this company is not serious about customer service I placed an order for a part and after 12 days I have heard nothing from Megazip This is totally unacceptable Please refund my money I shall never deal with this company in the future ThanksKeith

False inventory waste of time

Placed a order for a toyota part claiming to be in stock waited 3 weeks for the dispatch of the order and kept asking for updates on it Ended up cancelling the order and was then notified that the part was never in stock and discontinued Pretty lame experience will stick to getting parts through partsouq com

The worst service ever

Sent and email about a delivery that was delay over one month Sent emails asking for it an they answer two days later sent and email canceling the order and miraculously they ship the order 4 hours later Then contact FedEx to cancel the delivery and also FedEx told me only MegaZip can cancel the order Told megazip to call FedEx and the CS representative just did not answer my email Telling them i will pay the return fee Will never recommend MegaZip the worst experience ever July 12-2023Will update review once they received the package and receive the refund

Charge way too much for shipping

Tried to order a small plastic cover for my steering coupler They tried to tell me it would cost over 80 American to ship I m talking about something that would come in a box SMALLER then a shoe box and weigh LESS then a 1 2 pound with packaging being the primary weight Please be informed that the volumetric weight of your order exceeds the physical weight lol

Placed my order 13th of may received a message that it is shipped 22 of may i received already 3 different tracking numbers after each complain the last one still shows that fedex didn t received the package from megazip I start to think that it is a scam company Order number 616710-1

I have been trying to cancel a order the response time is terrible and they have no customer service number that I can find if somebody does please let me know Very disappointedWill not order anything from them again

I ordered about 500 worth of parts

I ordered about 500 worth of parts from them and paid 100 for the shipping only expecting to get some custom fees later Now my items are not being shipped and one is out of stock and they are asking me for another payment of 1000 double the price of my order They knew the dimensions of the packages before charging me for shipping and yet they have all these hidden fees It really smells fishy when a company selling car parts can t predict the policies of the countries they regularly ship from

No tracking number delayed response from customer support

Made payment at may 04 2023 today is the night of may 16-th 2023 - still no tracking number Also - customer support responses come in a day and not always with clear information As a result - this store looks totally abnormal for me with very high probability of losing the money

Order 653545-1Terrible service Purchased an item and got an email needed to pay additional 80 usd for shipping Paid the amount and said would be shipped in 3-5 days Item never shipped and sent several inquires Just kept being told to wait After 15 days from payment i requested that they cancel the order and refund me my money The response was NO we are shipping your item soon so its too late to cancel I demanded they didn t send the item and refund my money They still sent the item Pretty suspicious that I waited over 2 weeks with little communication and as soon as I ask for my money back the part is out the door Very disappointed will not order again
