HiCan I get an real update on my part order 594627-1 is the part in stock and just pending shipping Today is 5 business day for handling ETA is estimated from Feb10-Feb20 to receive the part I really need this part to get to me as soon as possible as my car wont work without it Thank you in advance for your response

Bent over

I keep ordering parts pay up front in USD im from Canada so there is another 30 i loose but when I get a refund it is less than What I paid for And on top of that I have to pay duty on the parts if they where in CAnada i won t have to The only reason I use MegaZip they are the only place where I get parts for my Toyota SERA

Misleading info and slow feedback

1 Initially Megazip confirmed that the part I needed was in stock So I placed an order Then to my inquiries whether the goods were shipped I got no answer for quite a long time and finally they responded that the spare part was not available and I had to wait for it for a month more So they replayed right on the go and I don t understand why 2 The feedback is rather poor and it takes a good time and patience to get a response As far as I can see those are organizational problems and if or when they fix it Megazip will be just perfect Good luck my friends

I am happy with the speed of the response and the speed of work but there is frustration with the lack of availability of some parts but the most beautiful thing is that they are available to all parts of the world Thinka megazip

Cancellation Need a parts manager

Would recommend this place of business but I did find parts more locally and quicker I will do business ordering parts from mega zip but in the summer when I don t have so much downtime waiting for product

The Store ok poor delivery

The store is fine worth recommending It s nice to be able to buy original parts However I was very disappointed with the delivery I paid for the parts on February 20 and only today March 15 I received the shipment For this reason I had to cancel the mechanic a week ago because I thought that the parts would arrive after 1 5 weeks max I would like to use the services in the future but I am afraid that I will have to cancel the appointment with the mechanic again due to late delivery
