I do not normally submit reviews but have made an exception in this case due to the superb service from Megazip Megazip have great prices a wide range of Japanese bikes and cars and my latest order was delivered to my door within 9 days The difference between the prices charged for spares by the UK importers is huge and with Megazip providing such a great service I will continue to use them every time

Great website with all the info we need for our Australian business to accurately order parts Prices are better than we pay from our local dealers delivery times from another country are easily acceptable The best supplier we have found for genuine parts

They provided good and reasonably prompt communication The hard-to-find part shipped ahead of schedule arrived ahead of schedule and was a perfect fit The shipping is not cheap but the part was less than any other place I could source it state-side I assume it was shipped from Japan I would recommend this outfit

I am naturally impatient so waiting 2 weeks for a part was hard but coming from Japan I didn t know what to expect It arrived in great packaging and the part looks as it should well packed no damage Customer service was a little delayed in responding 1 2 days but overall good experience

My package is already arrived yesterday Everything is perfect according to my order Not one missing Good job Megazip I want to make suggestion here why don t you do some changes on your delivery charges like other platform likes Shopee no customs duties no import sales tax no duty handling fee and other charges when my item arrived they handle everything all the taxes and duties once i paid the delivery cost Once i paid the delivery charges there is no extra payment collected when the item arrived When your side like using FedEx i have to pay again all the tax whatsoever when the item arrived Its so annoying not like Shopee By the way i like the items so far no broken no damage your agent is really helpful also and always responsive to my every messages But the item not yet install on my Kawasaki bike I Will repeat order from this website again soon Please do some changes Thank you
