I wrote a ticket got up to get food for like 5 10 minutes meloncube answers me with a full working solution They have amazing hardware perfect uptime and AMAZING staff and stupidly good prices HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT

Me and my family are happy and safe with a Minecraft server on Meloncube the staff helps out even new inexperienced moms who just wants to make a server to game with the famliy

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service I ve been using MelonCube for my web hosting game hosting needs for the last 5 years and have never been disappointed by them Highly recommended for anyone starting out with any type of server as their services are very easy to use and the support team will help with any issue you run into

Great Service

The service is quick and helpful The helpers are not cynical and truly try to help you For example I had made a mistake on my server and needed to go back one day with automatic back-ups but by the time I got the back-up service it was the next day and I now needed two-day back-ups As I had originally requested when only one-day back-ups were needed they gave me access to the back-up I needed for free Everything works as marketed I had a 1 GB server with no add-ons for a year now I have one add-on and it has run well despite using countless command blocks and even some repeating command blocks

Amazing host at half the cost of the competition

MelonCube has been wonderful in every way for me I was having issues with my previous server hosts performance and reliability so I was looking for a replacement and MelonCube came through with an amazing response to my inquiries I made about switching to them I was offered a server setup that came with the same amount of ram as my previous host for half the price I was paying They also set everything up that I wanted on the server immediately 10 10

I ve been using Meloncube for over two years now and I ve never had one instance of a problem loss of data downtime etc Very very satisfied with what I m paying for I ve also received excellent help when I need it

Good hosting company for once

Server didn t lag never had any issues with their services I really appreciated the tutorials they had set up to make the server modded Love these guys

No reason to choose anything else

I had been using MelonCube s services for about 2 years then had to stop due to personal reasons I remember I had some problems most of them were just me not knowing how to setup things properly but I created tickets and got an answer in literally 15-20 minutes I have never seen a faster support anywhere else My experience was absolutely flawless and I had nothing bad to say about them I have recently come back to use their services again and It s exactly the same situation I really am trying to find something bad to say about them since this is a honest review but I really can t From the price to the support as well as all the features that they offer its all just unbeatable I am definitely gonna keep using their services for a very long time

Meloncube deliver a great service I haven t noticed downtime or other annoyances these past 2 years The interface is nice It s easy to change settings especially with the tutorials If you still don t manage to make the changes you want customer service is awesome very quick friendly and knowledgable I definitely recommend

Amazing service and super helpful staff

I ve used MelonCube for a while and I absolutely love it The prices are great for the product I ve had at most 8 people on my server at a time so I can t speak to its ability to accommodate large numbers However even with all 8 people on and the cheapest plan I never ran into any problems Recently I ran into an issue in trying to install a modpack I opened a support ticket and the staff had it installed and ready to play within an hour and a half of opening the ticket All around incredible service and helpful staff I would definitely recommend MelonCube to anyone looking for a Minecraft server
