it is hard to use the modded server but overall i think it is a good service

UPDATED REVIEW AT BOTTOM Awesome host Their dedicated server plans are amazing Cheap quality specs good locations and GREAT customer support Cannot recommend enough While I only had their plan for 1-2 months I had zero issues with them and their support was quick helpful Due to unforeseen circumstances I could no longer afford a dedicated server which is why I cancelled I accidentally cancelled it prematurely though before I could create a backup of files I contacted host and they said I d have 1 day to get files I need off of it or if I wish I could renew my plan too While I cannot vouch for their shared hosting plans as I have no experience with them their dedicated servers support are 10 10 Would use again ----------------------------UPDATED REVIEW Just a side note I gave their normal Minecraft plan a try Perhaps I just had bad timing but shortly after buying they had maintenance for 15 minutes Eh okay fine Then I try to get back to work on my server and it has daemon connection issues As far as I can recall I ve only ever had this issue on hosts that use Multicraft Very annoying especially because I actually needed this time to work on my server Literally purchased a 9 plan so I could work on it for the next few hours and it couldn t even stay up consistently to do that And daemon issues also mean you can t connect to server files so you can t even create a backup on your PC do work there instead TLDR - Dedicated servers perfect 5 5 - Support amazing 5 5 - Minecraft Plans greatly lacking at least in my experience over the last 3 hours 2 5

Overall it is a great product service but I do have a few gripes It is a pain to get plug ins to work at all I will continue with their services it will just take more work for me to get my servers the way I want

The Server is really good but i wish the control panel worked better it is slightly glitchy sometimes

overall a good service aside from 2 incidents over a 9 month period there have been no issues and I am content with the service provided

i m from south east asia and while it s good most of the time there are lag spikes where i just cant join especially when my US based friends are in Pretty nice otherwise

Service it pretty good overall A little annoying that they upcharge you to enable management features like changing the modpack A good value overall

Great service so far but only a 4 because I had a tough time logging in and finding out what I can and can t do I also couldn t edit any of the files without first downloading them

This is a good service The prices are unbeatable and the support is fast and super helpful Our server was a touch laggy though Support was great in helping me optimize our server which fixed a lot of it but some lag always remained I would recommend this service for smaller servers

Edit Company contacted me in the reply below and mentioned some things that made me change my mind Hosting is alittle pricy but overall the experience was pretty good and the staff are pretty exceptional And for the lag I was running 1 16 and lag can be expected I was harsh in my earlier review and have reconsidered my words before At the very least I can say for certainty that you can do much worse in the hosting space A great hosting company for the beginner
