servers are slow and often take minutes to start up

Low Quality Host but I guess you can t complain with the cost

It s good in over all experience good server and everything you need But not what I needed

Server Performance 4 5 The server itself runs pretty well There have been some hiccups here and there with packet loss however Tech Support 2 5There are only 4 techs for nearly 9k servers Sometimes they respond in under 15 minutes other times I wait 1-5 hours for a response Once I was waiting for 14 hours to be told a large file transfer was finished and I was the one to have to message them for an update Estimated time of completion was 6-8 hours The majority of the techs can be rather passive aggressive at times The only one I haven t seen be that way is Andrew B They really need to work on their customer service skills and professionalism Half of the time they don t answer the questions asked or don t answer them in detail I understand it can be frustrating to deal with a ton of server owners who may not know what they re doing but in the end they are your customers and there s no easier way to run off customers than to be rude to them or make them feel like a nuisance p s Disable all plugins and test for the issue is not a viable option for most server owners that have an active player base

i want to remove added support from my account payment is 499 and add more server space but can not find how to change payment plan

Servers have occasional lag spikes on 1 15 2 24 plugins Creative server 5-10 people on 2GB with more than enough RAM to handle well They said my timings reports were average and unfortunately after upgrading the server the lag spikes persisted Overall the server performance isn t great but they have a great website GUI with occasional outages in specific parts amazing pricing and extremely fast support I d recommend Meloncube to others who are looking into getting a cheap non-professional server I m hoping that the server lag potentially goes away or is minimized once the whole coronavirus ordeal blows over

Within less than a week I ve had a few server errors where I had to have it down for almost a day due to errors in their GUI I have also now been blocked from submitting support tickets and have emailed the company about it to recieve not contact back about it and can no longer submit support tickets My server also has had lag issues to the point where it was behind almost 20000 ms so about three minutes behind

Not that easy to use Not intuitive Very easy to delete the whole world by just changing the name of it

This is super laggy even when we just start a new world However the controls for the server and plugins are probable the best user-freindly

A great and reliable provider i ve not much to really complain about Has easy to use managers and is pretty fairly priced Only problem i have is that my server had some bad lag often even when theres next to no players and not a single mod
