I bought the Metabolic plan 37 99 and

I bought the Metabolic plan 37 99 and made a mistake by picking 6 bags of shake drink tried to un-click it but it would not let me correct it so I tried to select the option to buy 1 bag 68 59 instead in hopes that would correct it next thing it took me to past the confirmation screen and the receipt was posted for over 200 00 so I called the customer service line and they said they d correct it - it s still not corrected Called the customer service line today but can t get anyone for it tells me I m calling out of business hours that starts at 9 00am but my time is 11 30am I tried numerous times to call this customer service line but not available I should ve done my research before purchasing something like this online

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM I looked at one of these videos but soon realised it was a massive scam up-selling product on product They prey on your emotions and weaknesses Very clever I stopped watching the ridiculously long videos only to find they had taken 40 from my bank account without me EVER HAVING AUTHORISED PAYMENT I emailed demanding a refund They stalled and tried to get me to call their refunds team the day after I threatened legal action and told them they had committed fraud The money was miraculously refunded immediately What a gross waste of my time 85 1star reviews Yet they only reply to the rare positive reviews They deserve to go bust

So I gave it one star because I can t write anything without doing that So I have to ask I have read all the reviews that talks about customer service being horrible That being said I ordered this program like 5 yrs ago and it sat on a shelf I have been working out with a trainer and have hit a plateau After much research over the years the information provided in the book makes sense So my question is has anyone actually done this and does it work One reviewer Alex said that it did but I would like to hear from more people

Extra charge of over 300 was place on my credit card and the customer service rep could not find it in my record I asked to speak with someone else after being told repeatedly there was no extra charge and was told I would just be told the same thing by someone else I then asked for a total refund of everything I had purchased and the refund specialist contacted the billing dept and relayed to me it was in error I will be returning all products but will not receive a refund for shipping Buyer beware

When you order online you can t go pass the 1st purchase until you purchase everything else they are offering They charged me almost 300 for stuff I didn t want Then they give you a hard time refunding your money

I was excited to try Metobolic Renewal and signed up to give it a try Since menopause weight gain and dieting has been unsuccessful I received a phone call within a couple of days feigning concern to hard sell me more product The shakes gave me bowel issues that I did not have prior And since I complained there are no more concerned phone calls checking in on me Just another program like so many out there I m sure it works for some definitely did not work for me Beware of the pushy sales people

I cancelled this program for 37 99 plus shipping and handling when I my credit card company alerted me that I was charged 482 39 I cancelled the same day and they sent me a shipment I refused the shipment via USPS and as soon as they received it they sent out another one via UPS I have tried calling them until I am blue I sent an email and got a shipping label it cost me over 24 00 to send it back that was September 3 2023 I am still waiting for a refund Please don t be as stupid as I was you can t cancel they don t honor the word CANCEL ALL ORDERS the same day it was placed I know they received it on the same day because they replied to my email
