Is this company legit Has all the hallmarks of a scam
Ordered from IHerb the sweetener I ordered never arrived Got a failed delivery message tried to call Metro Shipping there s no way you can speak to someone the whole thing seems like a Micky mouse operation this might actually be a scam Put in a request with IHerb for a full refund Will never order again from them

UNQUALIFIED DELIVERY CREW
We purchased a regular 36 inch household fridge Samsung Bespoke which is absolutely deliverable through the standard 36 inch front door we have an LG 36 inch fridge currently which was delivered without any problems a while ago and your poorly unqualified delivery guys from a subcontractor company Metro supply chain delivery with absolutely 0 understanding of how to do the job properly and in a safe manner without damaging the customers property and brand new purchased goods were not able to deliver it They pressured us to sign a waiver and release of liability form because they pretended to be unable to deliver a high end fridge Which can be harmful to their budget if they damage it because of their incompetence As mentioned prior this is a standard fridge coming in through a standard sized door There was absolutely no reason to deny us the delivery

E24 Metro Worst Delivery Service Ever
Wish I could give negative The drivers lied about attempts Sent a photo of attempted delivery and was clearly not our front door Two other attempts when we were home and my camera shows no vehicles or people near our driveway front door and doorbell never rang Don t bother phoning or emailing as they never answer Best Buy made a big mistake using e24 Metro for deliveries Will never buy online from Best Buy again and recommend others don t as well

inept customer service and delivery
they ve been trying to deliver something to me every day this week but continue to fail because of an error w my phone number - not that that has prevented other deliveries from other companies in the past ever customer service is inept I ve recieved similar copy paste replies to each email that all fail to actually address my issue one email copy pasted my words and phone number from a previous email as a reply rude but at least it gave me some hope that was two failed deliveries ago

Absolutely worthless shipping company
Absolutely worthless shipping company Took 5 attempts to deliver a couch from Costco Damaged my house left garbage in the driveway Yelled at me when their delivery time was after 5 that THEY SCHEDULED Costco will also be getting a poor review for this They clearly have no intention of dealing with this group of incompetent morons

Horrid experience
Horrid experience This company must be a scam They rarely ever deliver their packages I ve had 2 deliveries from them that were returned to the vendor I purchased from They make no effort to contact you- even with a cell phone number on the package And the tracking system is a giant joke I would pull their business license Going to flag this with the Better Business Bureau and notify the vendor I purchased from to not use them going forward It damages the Vendors reputation when customers never receive their packages

Absolute garbage of a service They ship products through for BestBuy and they don t show any details to track the damn order Placed an order on 21st and still no update about it on 26th And if you are reading this metroe24 just shut down your company or improve the damn service

We are in dispute with them right now
We are in dispute with them right now They delivered an item from Best Buy the driver admitted damaging our stairs and took a photo and contacted Best Buy thank you for your honesty and intregity However the company is saying that we did the damage ourselves and that there is no proof he did it You know except the photo he took and submited so they have offered us 200 to fix the damage to our stairs We ve said we would like a proper quote and repair completed and they said this issue is closed Is it By who You because you say so Even though you ve admitted fault I ve emailed a twice more noting we re not happy with the answer and would like to discuss this more but have not heard back from them

It says Failed Delivery for 3 consecutive days No reason given You just have to wait endlessly And you cannot get a refund until they deliver It s Best Buy s fault to use such low-grade company I ll never buy online from Best Buy
