Appt made for homes ready to be seen and not ready

After a week of not getting a return call the 800 proved to be of little help either I received a return call from some who was in a great hurry to get me off the phone I was told all mobile homes were sold and there weren t any new ones available for showing until the following Thursday I get there for the appointment and the 2 homes shown to me were no where ready to be seen by clients The carpets were filthy 5 gallon buckets of paint sitting every where the home smelled of dogs the stairwell was moved out away from the home I had to jump to get into the home I was told there was new paint on the walls and not to touch them no the walls were patch painted looked cheap you couldn t even smell paint The carpets truely needed to be replaced and I was told they would be cleaned and a small area where the carpet had been damaged by what appeared as chewing and scratching by a dog I was to ks a peice would be replaced Both homes were being renovated with no protective barrier on the floors or counters ie wood from an electric saw was strewn about ground into the carpet and outdated vinyl scratching and tearing it The maintenance person walking over the carpet with his work boots I was insulted and hurt I was even seeing these homes as they were let alone thinking of buying them There was a smaller double wide available and she was unsure of he price When we arrived it was locked and she did not have any information on them It was was insulting to say the least

Poor pictures poor park management and would never buy from them again

I bought a mobile home by pictures and when I bought it three months ago was told the floors were going to be fixed in which were caving in when you walked on them due to no subfloor underneath them and have had the worst time three months later to get them fixed and have part ripped up to almost two weeks still no floor being put back this is the worst experience I ve had it is supposed to have a appraisal before listing a mobile home who inspected the uninhabitable floor as the contractor who was supposed to come fix it

Worst place to choose to live The people from the back office have the worst attitude and treat their tenants with no respect Lot of break ins Good luck with then knowing or recording your lot

Total waisted of time posting my mobile home for sale in 3 weeks I had one inquiry When I FINALLY figured out how to contact MHV by email asking how to edit my post I got a reply telling me howI then log in to find my post GONENo record of my post anywhere is my so called accountBut they sure did take my money quick DONT EVEN WAISTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

I paid months in full and advance and had an 28 foot rv When I pulled up into the site it was unchecked filthy and rest of the neighborhood was pretty bad Their wee cops called their all the time drugs being dealt and when I complained the OWNER of the place gave me a notice to leave Thats ok because I found a better place to park that was cheaper Dont go here EVER I gave them A 200 00 deposit WHICH I never recieved back YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
