I was a bit apprehensive ordering from Miinto I m based in the US but I found what I needed at a great price and figured why not After I placed my order I didn t receive a shipping confirmation email but I took a screenshot of the confirmation screen at the end of checkout After a few days I reached out with my order number and promptly received a response from Kordian from their support team worth noting I had started with chat but I immediately got sucked into a work call and forgot to respond - entirely my fault but Kordian followed up via email which I really appreciated rather than having to requeue Turns out I had entered my email wrong but he sent me my order confirmation info Additionally my billing and shipping address had gotten mixed up but Kordian proactively reached out to DHL and had it updated About a week later my package arrived to my correct address All of this to say the customer service I received from Kordian was impeccable - I truly can t remember the last time I received support this good from either an online shop or in person I d gladly order from Miinto again without hesitation
