You never know with online boutiques -- especially when it s your first order -- but Impressions wowed me I ordered some sparkly silver hoops which are exactly as described on the site The full name is Red Carpet Runway Hoops and I love them Can t wait to wear them out

Amazing Customer Service Department

Impression has quickly become one of my favorite online boutiques To start the sales are amazing Clothes and shoes are so cute and always fit perfectly To top it off the customer service is absolutely lovely to work with Recently my package was messed up by USPS during transit USPS took responsibility for this but 5 of my items were missing I emailed Impressions about what happened and that same day they shipped the missing items they had in stock and emailed me a gift card credit for the two items they were out of was given option of refund I worked with the same rep Dana the entire time and she was very prompt with her replies I ve had horror story experiences with online boutiques but this place is the exact opposite

This boutique is absolutely amazing I finally found a dress for our upcoming family pictures and I have been looking everywhere for one Impressions had a wonderful selection and they carry sizes XS - 3XL including cute shoes and accessories I ordered my dress and after ordering I wanted to upgrade my shipping to be able to arrive to me a little faster I emailed the company and they responded so fast to my inquiry thanks Dana They were able to help me upgrade my shipping and it was shipped out the same day and it arrived only 2 days later I got the dress and I am so impressed - the quality style and fit are exceptional I cannot wait to order from them again - So glad I found them

I have ordered from Impressions multiple times and have been happy every single time Their shipping is free and they ship out my packages normally the same day or the day after I order I ve had to return only a couple items that were too small on me they refunded me or credited me immediately

Impressions boutique is an awesome company I broke my shoe over a year ago and finally figured I would contact them to see if they could replace the shoe Although they could not replace my shoe given that it had been over a year of purchase they still found a way to accommodate me by giving me 15 off I don t know about you but most companies wouldn t even do that So thank you impressions
