About time Property management did what

About time Property management did what they are paid to do if you have people fighting dealing drugs and disrupting other residents Causing one of your tenants to end up on medical treatment you should sort it out and not just turn a blind eye and do nothing as word does get around by social media

What went right

What went wrong Everything What a shoddy and Ill-managed company for rentals terrible communication from experienced agents with almost zero ability to manage properties properly If anyone is reading this from the Dover area - avoid Unable to take over management of my own property within a timely manner as the information that was asked for which was sent multiple times was apparently incorrect With absolutely no communication as to what about it was incorrect Turns out after speaking with three more agents it was a number that was already on the page that was missing It s a if you don t laugh you ll cry kind of situation I will never use miles and Barr for any of my future rental properties ever again

Worst agent Ive ever used

Shocking agent They illegal let a workman into my property while I was away who made a mess started work without my permission and worst of all stole some of my stuff They are refusing to help All I got was a were sorry we didn t tell you someone was coming round email Now they are trying to withhold my deposit Absolute crooks

Awful experience from the Folkestone

Awful experience from the Folkestone branch Two members of staff giving false information trying to cover up mistakes rather than admitting responsibility Would never use them as have absolutely no trust They even hung up on me when I was asking why they had given false info

Dreadful company to deal with

Thank goodness I never have to deal with this Estate Agent ever again Such bad service from staff Totally unreasonable requirements to even be put forward for a rental application

A very unprofessional uncaring company I would not recommend to anybody

I have rented my house out with full management service for the past year Upon checkout they sent me an itinerary of things that were required to be done I told him exactly what needed to be done by the tenant and what I would do In regards to the tenant the place is left filthy damage to doors damage to floors rubbish left in property garden left unsightly items left in property furniture in every room moved and not put back The place generally looks horrendous It was like a show home when it was let out Of which miles and bar took photographs I told them all these issues had to be resolved through the tenant But no they re asking me to pay up front for all the damages and then they may be able to get money back from tenant Even though I m pretty sure they have already released deposit I have emailed telephoned but there is no resolution As a company they do not care This is caused me such an incredible amount of stress This is called me an incredible amount of upset I also told them to not do any more viewings because I did not want anyone seeing my property in such a state And yet again they have ignored me and continued with viewings Obviously no one has taken the property due to the issues These are a very untrustworthy company and I m extremely upset about the situation I doubt whether they will resolve it at all I know I will end up having to do all the work myself

The worst estate agents I have ever come across Be VERY careful if you intend to use a member of their solicitors panel they will charge you 150 to simply instruct a solicitor of their choice the solicitors charges will in no way be competitive and they will charge you and additional 60 to complete a money laundering ID check which will then not be recognised by their solicitors and therefore will be required to be carried out a second time BEWARE

60 wheeze to get verified is not helping sell your home

As an investor their idiotic 60 charge to get a customer verified means I wouldn t even view a property with them If looking to use them to sell don t they are clearly more interested in cheap wheezes to make more money than getting the best price for your property They make enough from their commission to cover this cost

Dishonest Estate Agent

Our daughter recently purchased a property in Broadstairs having been told by Lisa the faulty boiler had been fixed When our daughter entered the property the boiler was still faulty Now M B deny any responsibility We are still to receive a response in writing to our complaint and they never return phone calls Very unprofessional and dishonest estate agent
