Poor customer service

Have been a customer for years but have just cancelled Milk delivered this week was skimmed milk instead of semi-skimmed We don t like semi skimmed so wouldn t use it I emailed to complain and was told that the milkman had given them as a substitute and there is no option to opt out of substitutions I had hoped for an apology and refund but nothing Sadly I have decided to cancel my subscription as I don t want to pay for things I don t use

Crazy milkman shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service They were great for many years but over the last few months delivery is hit and miss Customer Services just don t reply eitherAlso the milkman is now leaving glass milk bottles on top of a thing garden gate He did it again last night despite the gale force winds It s luck that I do t have glass all over my driveway I would find an alternative local dairy These guys are a nightmare to deal with and the delivery people don t care anymore than an DPD van driver

Could be good but isn t

I signed up and made an order with a voucher I had and was promised a welcome pack also don t know what that contained as I never got it only half of that first order was delivered Customer service apologised and said they would reorder at no cost to myself for the following week The next week I had 3 items missing and still no welcome pack Customer service just said it was stock issues checked online and the items could still be ordered so i gave up Deleted my account as what s the point - if they could inform customers of stock problems the evening before it might help but I got no emails messages I had to contact them about non delivery Not great really

A 2 pint plastic container was damaged when I removed the cap milk spilt over the work surface down the cupboard over the floor I mopped up as best I could fearing a perpetual rancid smell Then I found a leak in the porch with milk under a box of flowers Haven t decided whether to switch to glass or put the crate in a container Not happened previously

No cold calling at night time please

I am not a customer so I cannot review the service this company provides however I am not impressed with how some of your reps go about touting for business Last night after 8pm I had someone ringing the doorbell which I ignored because I live alone and will not answer the door when it s dark Feeling uneasy about who this person was and what they wanted I called my neighbour to see if she had the same person knock on her door and she did She told him off for disturbing people at an inappropriate time of the day I completely agree and called this company this morning to feed this back to them The lady I spoke to did not take in what I had told her because she then proceeded to ask for my account details I just want to register this here It was Eye Village in Peterborough It is not nice if you live on your own or you re elderly to have people cold calling that time of day A postcard through the door or perhaps knocking door to door at the weekend during the day would be more suitable Thanks

Don t bother doing an order online it s impossible to see what you have for both days you either after one of sale or repeat customers if so Change the website make it user friendly

My first delivery hasn t turned up even though it says complete on the website it s now 9 30 am and still no delivery I called the phone number on the website and got cut off twice then on the third attempt no apology just got told the delivery is running late even though my next door neighbour uses the same company and their delivery came at 11pm as I saw the milk man run across my garden to do their delivery - not impressed and will be cancelling my account when I would have made regular orders

COWBOYS - utterly untrustworthy

This is an utterly untrustworthy organisation They have no standards or ethics They are unable to follow simple delivery instructions e g please leave my items in a specified safe place There is no way to contact them - though a phone number is provided they simply cut you off once they realise you want to complain Emails sent to them go unanswered PLEASE DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THESE UTTERLY USELESS COWBOYS

I had two different people knock my door today trying to sign me up very pushy why would I buy from them when your milk is twice the price of my local supermarket

Having to contact weekly with issues

I ve had to contact this company almost every week due to issues The first few times I ordered my delivery never arrived I understand that mistakes happen but having to chase them down for a resolution is frustrating At least refunds are processed quickly though only via Instagram as they don t seem to respond to emails When my orders do arrive the problems continue The last three deliveries have all included milk that was either lumpy or had already gone off In some cases the seal had clearly blown so I was able to catch it before using it Reliability and product quality need serious improvement
