Milk More seem to have changed their website We are moving house and I went onto their App to change my delivery address The website is now very difficult to negotiate and I ended up not knowing whether I had made the changes or not I ended up phoning them to try and confirm the changes Unfortunately the person I spoke to was difficult to understand and not particularly helpful It s a shame as I have been a Milk More customer for many years and always had good service I m

Shelf life an issue

We have been customers for a couple of years and value the fact that we are able to cut back on plastic waste However in the past few weeks we are finding the milk to have little or no shelf life This is both semi skim and full fat We have raised this with the company and been refunded and left a note for our milkman Still a bit hit-and-miss Something needs to be done about stock control refrigeration as we don t want to cancel our regular order

Good products and range poor service

Good products and range convenient but after several years of using them I ve now stopped due to poor customer service An order was delivered incomplete and for the first time no refund was issued I accept mistakes happen I would not have stopped using them over one mistake but on requesting a refund I was first treated with suspicion then when I shared proof I was ignored I persevered and ultimately got the refund I was due but won t be returning based on the poor service

Why don t they tell you when they can t complete a delivery

Items are generally delivered as planned but every now and again I find there s no milk on my doorstep check everywhere the website says my order has been completed So I contact customer services who then apologise and say there was a problem with the delivery and it couldn t be completed That s fine but why is it marked as completed then Why can t you be honest and mark the delivery as incomplete and issue a refund automatically Why do I have to faff about complaining and asking for a refund Are you just chancing it that customers can t be bothered to complain and will just accept the loss and you get to keep the money

The milkman is really good but I am very unhappy about the milk Non-homogenised milk is a healthier option than homogenised but you now no longer supply it My daughters in London still have non-homogenised from Milk and More Why can t I

No delivery Christmas Eve and no explanation although we were refunded We had to buy milk from a shop Usually good service though

IMPROVEMENT NEEDED

After many years and deliveries to us and after Milk and More employing a new delivery person it took numerous contacts to get our deliveries to the right address although this was eventually rectified Also we have found the site very hard to cancel deliveries and although we were sure everything was cancelled over the Christmas period we still got a delivery The only other problem that we have is we really struggle to get invoices for the goods received and have been told that we have to request individual invoices and it will take up to 2 weeks to be emailed which to me is not good practice

The regular delivery is excellent but several things are not as good as the could be Frequent shortage of items be it crumpets eggs bananas in particular The crumpets are surprising as you added these to the menu about a month ago but only once have they been delivered It s also annoying that you see fit to bill for items that are not in stock and it takes a few days before refund Please bill only when you know what you are able to deliver Bananas have often been green and under-ripe Better more recently

Disappointed

I do like having a milkman every other day leaving me fresh milk and bread but the only reason why I have only given a 3 star is Whenever I ve order on there on line shop looking forward to the goods the next day only to find they haven t been delivered and items have been substituted all the time This is no reflection on the milkman as he s only there to deliver Get your act together milk and more you can t call yourself a doorstop delivery if you can t deliver the goods you advertise on your site

Received no reply due to the two items

Received no reply due to the two items of Yoghurts I received instead of 5 yogurts needed 3 as their was three people living here and no bottle of orange juice with second order I wish they would reply been a week that s why three stars
