Poor quality milk from Milk and More

Milk and more for several years have been reasonably reliable However for the last few months I have repeatedly had to throw away milk that was less than 3 days old because it has turned Given that a Friday delivery has to last until Monday 3 days is not an unreasonable length of time for the milk to last When a bank holiday occurs Milk and More deliver the Monday milk on the Friday with the expectation that it will last until Wednesday 5 days The quality of the milk or the quality of the care and delivery of the milk is poor I have lost trust in this business

Milk goes sour before sell by date and

Milk goes sour before sell by date and it s impossible to reach customer services either by email or phone tp request a refund Last year when we did get a response they suggested we purchase a 12 insulated polystyrene coolbox which we did Milk still lukewarm even with a freezer block inside sour after a day Where ever they store their milk is a sure health hazard One thing they do ensure that they work hard to remain incontactable I believe our depot must be Wolverhampton

Not convinced about M M

Not been with M M for long The milk is so far ok sick of the free oat milk with every delivery No wonder it s free as it comes off You can clearly see the milk separated Half milk how water The premium organic fruit box for 15 You are having a laugh 3 nananas 3 only brown and mouldy 2 easy peelers are so dry I can hang as a christmas Dec s 6 pears and 2 apples half rotten The only thing that looks decent is the mango but didn t cut into it Honestly the worst fruit box I ve ever seen Premium quality Yea right Also milkman comes after midnight noisy as hell starts reorganising his van outside houses Obviously not aware of the time and the noise he makes Would expect more

After a lifetime of milk deliveries

After a lifetime of milk deliveries have finally decided to stop they are less reliable than ever - despite a 0700 promise of delivery has rarely been met Today was 10 25 previous 08 00 During the summer milk went off as the dates were too short and not delivered on time resulting being left out all day even in my cooler box Complain and get a we ll look into it at best Since the previous management appears to have left at the end of 2023 seems slightly worse Used to be a milk boy and always stayed loyal to Unigate but successive takeovers and poor website have taken their toll Will now get M S for less than half the price or other for even less UPDATE 3 12 Promise of an email nothing received including spam

Gentleman came to my door asking me to

Gentleman came to my door asking me to join milk n more I had consedred this previously anyway as it is delivered and my work shifts sometimes make it difficult to get to shops in time I have had six deliverys now on A weekly pre order so the company know what I want every time and same day Out of the six weeks only twice have they left me the full order I m not sure if the delivery driver dos nt read the order properly sometimes or they just don t have the stock The way I see it is as a pre agreed weekly order that is the same every time that they should make sure the stock is available except on extreme curcumstances I have persavired and given them benefit of doubt but if it happens next week I will be canceling my account It is pointless if I have to go to the shop anyway to buy what they don t deliver Also bombarded with e mails to buy extra items for christmas As if I would take a chance on that if they can t deliver A normal pre ordered weekly shop Uxbridge area

Milk is just not as good now

Willing Milk More to be better

There are some aspects that really spoil Milk More for me - the communication is awful If anything goes wrong e g require a refund you either don t get a reply or you get an unsatisfactory one - the milkman appears passive aggressive He will sometimes refuse to take bottles e g if he feels there are too many or if he doesn t think they are part of the return refill scheme I have left online notes paper notes contacted the office when he would continuously replace an out of stock product with something not like for like and then be left with a product we don t want and be charged for it repeatedly - Milk More used to have green credentials and a unique selling point reusable bottles organic products and refillable pantry items Many of those items have now gone to be replaced with common overpriced items you can get cheaper in the supermarket
