Reliable service and my milkman is

Reliable service and my milkman is great However there has been a problem in recent months with the life of your bottled milk It s either off as soon as it s opened or lasts only a day in the fridge despite having a use by date of several more days This problem has been ongoing since the summer and it really needs resolving On a positive note I ve switched to your milk in cardboard cartons which is not only cheaper but stays nice and fresh like your bottled milk used to do

First order came minus an item no explanation I emailed and was refunded 50p difference for a substitute which I NEVER received Two further emails went unanswered More expensive than supermarkets but I wanted bovaer free so was willing to pay a bit more This first experience is quite disappointing so will be looking around for alternative safe suppliers

Deliveries are too early - 1am ish

I am completing this for my partially sighted 91 year old mother She can t use a computer so I have to manage this No problem with the milk deliveries except they arrive around 1am so in the summer they often go off in a day which is very difficult for her to deal with

My Christmas eve milk never came

My Christmas eve milk butter cream and goats milk was never delivered Their customer service has been less than helpful Firstly saying that the items had been delivered if so why did he leave the empty bottles then that I would be given a refund which never materialised I have just tried to cancel my account and I can t get through to them by phone or email EDIT since writing this Milk and More are going to refund the money for my undelivered order They have apologised for all the distress and inconvenience they have caused Ahmed in customer services have been very helpful in sorting out this problem for me

Delivery and products are very good but website is still rubbish The problem lies when editing regular deliveries You think that you have removed an item but it still continues to be delivered I have tried various methods and confirmations but to no avail

Milk deliveries continue to be timely and relaible But Milk and More seems to be under new mangement or has adopted new practices that make it less responsive when problems arise For example a query I had perhaps two weeks ago now has not been acknowledged much less replied to

I started ordering 2 weeks ago and i have 2 pints delivered Tue Thur Sat On my leaflet it stated that i would receive a bottle of Free Juice as a welcome gift i tried to order the free juice and was going to get charged over 5 so i cancelled it Then I got in touch with the company and got fobbed off so I left a note in the milk bottle for the Milkman Guess what still no answer Its the principle of it I am still waiting a reply Great customer service NOT
