First time ordering we ordered apple juice orange juice milk mince pies milk shakes and milk for santa for the kids We didn t receive no mince pies and milk for santa on delivery Phoned up at 7 00 am only to be told they re out of stock Why take orders that can t be full filled and no communication to let us know Won t be using them again

Unfortunately I felt the hallmark of their service was carelessness over the years They frequently delivered the wrong products We ended our service after their driver ran over and killed our children s kitten We had no notice from the driver so presumably he was unaware With a wrong delivery they have a form that you can fill out online and they will refund your account no questions asked the refund process itself is efficient When we cancelled our account the process was efficient We filled out the form notified them that running over the family pet was the last straw and they emailed an automated cancellation confirmation and refunded for the two bottles of oat milk delivered Calling their number as I felt from the automated cancellation response that it might be helpful if I let them know it might be an idea for them to emphasise to their drivers the need for due care in the neighbourhoods they service or perhaps investment in some sort of warning apparatus or sensors on their electric floats to detect animals or toddlers got me through to a call centre The representative was sympathetic and kindly offered to submit a form to their complaint department Contacting them through their Facebook messenger took a few days to get a reply which was a very appropriate perhaps LLM assisted but nonetheless appropriate corporate response I couldn t find fault with the process outcome of that interaction I ve seen the marketing that Milk More is an eco-conscious choice I might suggest that a fleet of vehicles no matter how they are powered purchased from Mueller and owned by a dairy processor is not eco-conscious Wholesome and healthy maybe However dairy is simply not eco You are not being an eco-friendly consumer by supporting a cow distribution chain you are perhaps even paying for greenwashing But perhaps that is not a completely fair statement as they do offer dairy alternatives which we have to take over dairy Milk More is a fairly efficient if often inaccurate distribution shell for their milk-processor owner Distribution hubs a fleet of floats targets margins processes and an automated web interface for the vertical integration of a commodity supply chain which I am absolutely all in favour of but it is not the nostalgic marketing imagery on their website harking back to 100 years of milk and taking pride in the round closing the gate quietly making sure the cat s back in rather than killing it or helping neighbours If they could achieve a competent delivery of limited items without affecting the neighbourhood adversely that would be enough I am sorry we did not leave them sooner but while service may have been lacklustre nothing went horribly wrong and remedial processes were efficient I would give them 3 stars overall for process and service Knock that down to 2 stars for running over the family cat But they get to keep 2 stars because 1 Cats are not blameless creatures and 2 They did at least have efficient processes and show up reliably even if often with the wrong item

Poor customer service

I ordered a signed book as a Christmas gift for my brother in law Milk and More did not deliver it and I have sent two emails without a response The call handler I spoke to said he would ensure it would be delivered two days after the due date but I never heard a word On top of that I ordered 2 Christmas deliveries which failed to arrive The same happened last Christmas If it wasn t for the fact that my milkman is excellent and would stop using this company awful customer service

M M used to be very reliable Brasted Kent but since driver changes in our area the service has been really poor very hit miss we don t know if milk will be there in the morning It s become so bad that we feel it s just not the same anymore now thinking of leaving M M altogether going back to buying our own milk

So many times not delivered You never say out of stock Sometimes order left on the doorstep although milkman s box is there This week my yoghurt was stolen as not in the box provided

We received four bottles of sour milk and then late deliveries

We received four bottles of sour milk on 30 December and threw the majority of it away on discovery Also since the New Year we have received most of our milk between10 and 11 am We have had to buy milk at a supermarket to ensure we have some available for our breakfast My husband complained to M and M online on 3 January to say that the milk had not yet been delivered and that the four pints we had received on the 30 December were off On the 7 December he received email from M and M saying that the milk had been delivered at 11 am but no explanation regarding the late delivery and no offer of a refund for the sour milk received previously We are at the point cancelling our milk delivery within the next week or two if things don t improve

Dreadful customer service

I have made one order supposed to be 50 off for new customers which is clearly displayed on the website but that seemed to be just a con I still ordered milk orange juice 2 x packs of eggs yogurts and butter Delivered around 5am I heard it as I was already awake getting ready for work Within couple of minutes I came downstairs to get the crate and saw immediately that 1 pack of eggs is missing That was 2 weeks ago and I have emailed them 3 times Zero response dreadful customer service Lots of generic emails since but no reply or no refund for missing items no explanation why was there missing item no explanation why they advertise 50 off offer on all products as a new customer but code doesn t work I m only giving rating of 2 because of the quality of butter and sourdough

Updatex2 30 01 25 Just for clarity on the reply you might be able to see from Milk More - I ve not received any emails I ve not had any voicemails I m still waiting for one of the refunds and they suggested that maybe a fox opened the milk bottle box and made off with two glass pint bottles Get my order wrong 50 off the time Also never take away all the empties always leave 1 or 2 behind It s just a bit irritating But when it works it s fine edit 30 01 25 - I ve been asked to add more detail In the few weeks since we ve returned to Milk More there has been at least one completely missed delivery one delivery of the wrong type and one delivery of unbranded unlabelled milk in a plastic carton I don t think I ve had a single response or acknowledgement from emails to customer services We ve had two refunds waiting to see if we ll get a third There are ALWAYS at least two empty bottles left behind after delivery Always

They were on my doorstep yesterday trying to get me to sign up no way in the summer when it s hot at night the milk goes off quicker who wants to go out in the middle of the night to get it in
