Awful service

Paid for quicker delivery but it arrived late when spoke to someone they were incredibly rude and had a very unprofessional attitudeIt was ordered on this email address

Placed an order in early March and received an email saying it was dispatched on the 6th of March It is now the 31st of March and I still haven t received anything Sent them an email on the 21st of March TWO WEEKS after the product was first dispatched and received no response Very disappointing Do not recommend

I paid for tracking my shipping and then when i checked out it said I didn t even though I did and they charged me for it I ve gotten no updates on my order It s just frustrating to not know when this idea is going to come even though I ordered it a long time ago I paid for faster shipping and it s been a month The website where it s supposed to show when your order has been ship doesn t work and just tells me my location rather than what s going on with my package I bought this for Valentine s Day a month ago and now I don t even think it s going to get here in time so frustrating

Shipping has taken forever and not been updated

I ordered custom mini figs for my boyfriends birthday and I need it by this Saturday May 20th I ordered it about a month ago and the order arrived in my town 2 weeks ago May 1st Shipping has not been updated since then I do not understand why it has not been delivered by now

I ordered 138398 minifigure with specific

I ordered minifigure with specific requirements like hat and etc but it came with happy birthday and different criteria i wrote to customer service and they said they donot have a such a record requirement and they have happy birthday only completely wrong order they didnot offer to correct and resend a new minifigure even i paid fully as i said to you on call i have entered all requirments including hat and also i didnot ask for birthday message as it was not my son birthday some how it has been registered with different data but for sure this is not what i ordered

Did not ship

Did not ship spent so much money only to hear back a month later after i paid the express shipping that should have been delivered 3-5 days On top of that i got an invoice from UPS asking me to pay 30 dollars to get my order I ended up getting a full refund however this is not what i expected It was a birthday present and it was nothing but a headache

Disappointing experience

I paid for an upgraded shipping and my order has not been delivered It s been 3 weeks I ve been given the same tracking link over and over again with only 5 scans since it was shipped in the 12th of October I know carriers can be tricky but I should have been refunded my shipping cost at least due to the delay Sadly I will not be recommending them to anyone

Shipping issues occurred At time of review over seven weeks has transpired and no product After reaching out to minifigs via email it seems there is an issue with communication The associate I corresponded with did not provide much of a way forward and I continue to struggle trying to get my shipment reissued or returned
