I ORDERED SOMETHING FROM HERE IN FEB 2020 I HAVENT RECEIVED THIS ITEM AND AFTER TRACKING WHICH STATES ON THE 17 3 2020 MY ITEM WAS CLEARED BY CUSTOMS I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY ITEM I HAVE SENT SEVERAL E-MAILS NOW ASKING FOR A REFUND AND NO REPLY WHATSOEVER FROM THESE PEOPLE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE SELLER I FEEL THAT IT IS A SCAM ONCE AGAIN I AM HAVING TO CONTACT YOU AS YOU DONT APPEAR TO BE REPLYING TO MY REQUEST I HAVE BEEN WAITING FAR TOO LONG FOR THIS ITEM NOW AND I WANT A REFUND ON WHAT I PAID P P I HAVE WAITED FAR TOO LONG NOW AND IT IS BECOMING A JOKE FULL REFUND REQUIRED NOW I FEEL THAT YOU ARE SCAMMERS THIS IS THE EMAIL I HAVE SENT THEM TODAY 04 05 2020 APPALLING SERVICE WILL NOT BUY FROM HERE AGAIN

I purchased the Electric Fly Trap With USB Type It did not work I tried contacting the company looking to return the item after their advice to plug in the machine or to charge it before turning it on I viewed this as a way to distract my asking for a refund After two emails they were non- responsive Don t waste your time or your money A pure rip-off

I have tried to contact this company 4 times via email they don t provide a phone number no response Their customer service is poor Do not waste your money or time with this company I have contacted the BBB of NJ it is the address in the US that they ship from I hope this helps if you are thinking of ordering from them
