Recently bought a bag from Mirta and I recall clearly it was June my purchase with them I ve got to know Mirta from a YouTube channel a youtuber introducing these Italian Artisan handmade handbags which interest me My experience with Mirta for the first time was wonderful My purchase in June but the bag got caught up and delayed until August due to covid over in Italy and the production has stopped and resume so it took 2 months to reached Malaysia Despite the long period I was assured by Mirta s customer service team through emails and their response on the production and delivery status was always updated to me hence I appreciate their response and communications over the 2 months period I must say I love their service and I will definitely recommend Mirta to everyone who loves artisanal handbags and their workmanship is excellent Will definately have my next repeat purchase again with Mirta
