Motor security the staff have a bad attitude watched me scan the shopping as I went round the shop as the security guard was following me Then picked out all my shopping to check the receipt argued that something in my shopping wasn t on the receipt when it was he made the lady at the self scan feel uncomfortable as well as my self Absolutely disgusted even spoke to me like I was something g on his shoe

Mitie is the worst place to work I got a job offer they dine all the vetting and signed job offer after all this the canceled my job with out any reason To get thru to these guys was a communication barrier no one in the call centers could speak clear English they fob u of when challenged don t know how mitie runs a security company when communication is a must in this industry Would not recommend this company at all it all lies and can t answer for canceling application why offer a job to someone and do vetting getting personal details of someone and then say no waste of a space this company do not work or apply for this company full of porkies Would not recomend this company a waste of space all the staff aswell

Honestly the worst company to work for in the UK All management are fully committed to taking the absolute mick of employees They talk about you behind your back share confidential information with other employees Bully their staff force them to over work No over time No breaks No respect Sack people for no reason then cover up when they are at fault Utter cowboys Disgusting company If you are thinking of applying I would rather sign on It s probably better to be homeless than work for these horrible people One day you will all get what you deserve

From my experience they send job offers but when you apply for them you are always not successful or there is no answer Why do they even bother sending an offer knowing they never will employ you

Mittie practice Xenophobia and self conceit I worked for Asda for 10 yrs before redundancy and our last shift with other was meant to be 3rd September 2023 Being a coloured British I was victimised for not continuation working for another role instead I was pegged to leave the site on 22nd August 2023 A Mittie worker was giving me some white story Their managerial skill is very poor the don t attend to staff need Awful outfit

Struggling with our trolley leaving Sainsbury s today when we were approached by a security guard oh he s going to help us we thought but no the little Hitler demanded to check our receipt to prove we had paid for our shopping but did not even breathe one word of help getting the wonky trolley into the lift Our party myself disabled walking with a stick my wife and my daughter with our grandson her son in her arms Shame these people are the best that Mitie can employ

This company does not pay their employees For 2 consecutive months our entire department has received around 200 for full-time month s worth of work Can you imagine showing up at work day in day out doing your very best come pay day instead of getting your full month s wages you get 200 Not once but twice again since they took over contract WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR No regard for their employees no duty of care no sympathy and they clearly do not know what they are doing The amount of distress they have caused is unimaginable Horrible horrible experiences with them
