HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE SCAM

I ordered one item that I never ended up receiving I contacted customer service multiple times via discord email and their website online I finally got a refund a day later after sending them multiple emails And when I tried claiming my item through the bot in the server the bot wasn t even online so I think it s a scam EDIT I had to open a support ticket which you guys stopped responding to my messages about when I was going to receive my item No one mentioned there was an issue with the stock or anything
