No delivery no status

I ordered a samsung s24 and a charger about two weeks ago after a week they sent an email that the charger is out of stock to which i replied that they can send just the phone and they confirmed the order after two days One week later i wrote an email stating that the status of my order has not changed and that i want an answer They replied straight away saying that they are sorry and that it will be delivered with express delivery Still no status about the phone nor the delivery

Very bad experience from Zagreb Bought phone for 990 euros but they returned me money after 3 days and reason was not available phone from supplier Next day same phone was listed for 1154 euros Unprofessional customer service and customer policy In case they made mistake then they should offer something in return to loyal customer 30 euros is not a discount This was not my first order of this web shop I do not recommend

I ordered a phone which stopped working

I ordered a phone which stopped working after around 6 months Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro They took the phone to be checked but after two months of waiting I received a letter saying Damage due to external causes improper use without any further explanation I have now been waiting 3 months for them to reply with some more details about what is wrong with the phone but so far still no reply

No answer for more than 2 months

It took the company more than 2 months to reply to my messages In the end the answer was not personal nor helpful Even though the warranty was expired a few weeks before my first attempt to contact they could have offered some advice or service The phonenumber written on the homepage is also not valid

Problems with new phone

On July 18 2024 I received a phone by postmail Upon turning it on for the first time I noticed a black spot a dead part of the screen on the right edge I immediately repacked the phone and sent it back to the Hungarian address as per the instructions To this day September 12 I have not received any information about the phone According to the rules I should have received a new phone immediately It is impossible to reach anyone on the Slovenian phone number and they no longer respond to emails or if they do it s always the same response along the lines of they will check with the service center again regarding the phone s status I have already requested a full refund including the shipping costs incurred when returning the phone

SCAM website DO NOT buy there

ordered and payed for a tablet on 01 08 2024 delivery said 4-6 days it is 7 days later no delivery and checking the order on their website gives invalid order number error no one answers the phones on their website local one in Croatia or global one for EU also no replies to multiple emails

Two month in warranty

I ve ordered a mobile phone and in 2 weeks of usage it got broken NFC chip stopped working I ve sent it back to the shop so they provide me with the warranty They warranty was not done in 2 month I asked them to return me money and they did but 2 month without a mobile phone is horrible And they promised it to be a month that is too much too So I paid for all the delivery waited 2 months without the phone and got no excuses at all

Horrible warranty experience

Horrible warranty experienceon the 23rd of october this year I sent them my phone google pixel 8 because after 2 months of usage I noticed a pink vertical line on the right side of my screen I checked and found out it is an issue recognised by google found on many pixel 8 phones and they even have an extender warranty program for it I sent all this information to mobileshop and they told me to send my phone to some address in hungary so thats what I did They gave me some extra contact information with a phone number but the phone number says it doesnt exist if you try to call it In fact NONE OF CONTACT INFORMATION THEY PROVIDE WORKS all of the phones numbers on the website no matter waht language you choose only the email they list on the website Ive been emailing them about every 2 weeks to get updates on my phone and every time they say they will check but I get no response Now after almost 2 months ive requested a refund and they stopped replying I will not let this go and will soon seek legal advice on how to handle the situation 23 1 2025 updateStill havent received my phone and they are still refusing to refund
