Kept the phone but won t shop here again

I ve got a phone in an open box it has been used before and I can prove it I have not returned the phone because it is really hard to get a dual sim version of the phone So I kept the phone but I will not be buying from them again

I had good previous experience with

I had good previous experience with mobileshop but apparently that was due to having no issues This last time I recieved a device with an adaptor incompatible with local standard outlets I wrote to them via email and facebook and called them numerous times and I only heard back after a week There was no information on their website that support is only given in english not a problem for me but would help if I knew to write to them in english in the first place I m not sure the phone number for support is even active for Slovenia as all I got was an automated message I will not use this merchant again and would not recommend it to anyone
