Company is in Slovakia So the first tought was is the company reliable I looked up rewiews in our forums in Slovenia and all rewiews were positive So i didn t hesitate to much ordening

Reliable but slow delivery They needed 2 business days to just ship the item from their warehouse They said 4-6 days The item arrived on the 5th day Everything else was perfect the item and communication

Ordered a GSM phone parcel came quickly good experience The only thing I don t understand is why the seller offers optional charge for parcel insurance but this insurance although it was paid is not on the receipt

The webshop is legitimate - I got what I payed for Communication was pretty quick and efficient by e-mail However they didn t have the colour of the phone that I ordered the offer wasn t updated with the stock status so I was offered a different colour and only later have I realised that the price wasn t adjusted lowered accordingly the blue one was slightly cheaper than the originally ordered green one Also the amount taken from my account was slightly higher than what was indicated at the webshop probably the exchange rate and or VAT But the both differences in prices were really not significant it was still the best price available so I didn t complain except here - that s why 4

You didn t have to hide the location of the store or mislead customers with the website address I was sure that the store was in SLO but it wasn t Therefore the delivery was longer than expected Otherwise at least the watch is OK
