Always a pleasure ordering from Mobile

Always a pleasure ordering from Mobile shop since their mobiles are at reasonable prices Nevertheless I was a bit upset with the length of delivery since it took quite a while this time having to go to numerous other countries and also at some point the tracking website informed me that it was fully halted in a specific country and I had to question the company other than them confirming what it means But once again I trust the shop

It is ok I payed through bank transfer and did not get any confirmation about receiving the pay or dispatching the order Got worried made several calls on the slovenian number and e-mail no reply until I wrote on their info mobileshop eu mail which it seems is the only one working All this took two weeks but then the order came within a couple of days The telephone is completely new and works fine I recommend it especially for the cheap prices but pay through paypal or on receiving

After order I was few days without progress on the order itself Tried to contact them via email no response Tried to call automatic robot answered Few days passed I got information that package is in sending Received it without 5 working days after all They should improve communication with clients that s only reason for 3

Don t deliver on promises

They are slow to process orders They promise 24 hours process time yet I ordered on a Friday debit card payment so it was instant and the order got processed on Tuesday and only after I contacted them so that s a bit dishonest You will have to contact them if you want them to process it faster even if it s a high value item Delivery was fine once it was put in the hands of the delivery company
