What you pay is what you get

Had to wait about 3 weeks before they told me that they actually didn t have a phone and that they didn t know when they are going to get it so they canceled my order The next day the next they emailed me that they had found another phone I don t know how After that I got my with in a week thanks to GLS GLS was okay Mobileshop is blue Do I recommend them no way Unless you re as cheap as me

Phone return

I bought a phone which I used for one day I was not fully happy with it so I decided to give it back So I was offered a refund of only 90 of the full amount with the explanation that the phone could not be sold again since it has been used I found that very hard to believe and we agreed on a 95 refund Still it does not feel completely right

I received a damaged package

I received a damaged package the samsung a54 that i ordered is not damaged but im afraid i received a show phone On the phone it self there were a lot of dust like it was opet a long time

Order placed on the site without difficulty then the communication was very bad no delivery date no tracking number contact with the sales department very difficult phone number inaccessible Finally with 6 reminders I learn that the product is waiting at the carrier for 8 days and I even go myself to get it In summary very low price but also very low service

Very bad shopping experience

I never received order confirmation email and upon asking their customer service twice I still was not given my order number which I asked for they just said the order is on the way lolEverything arrived as described though shipping took longer than promised but the fact that I was in the dark with no confirmation or info about my 500 order for like a week until it arrived was very unpleasant

Watch your spam folder in email

I had to confirm my address for so many times I was waiting for mobile phone that I really needed and it was not even sent Somebody sent me email to confirm my shipping address which ended up in spam So after a week I discovered that order is placed but item was not even shipped

To much waiting for a delivery never knowing where it is or is it comming After 10 days i order same product from another supplier it came for 2 days My last purchase from you Never again

Paper envelope packing of a 1000 euro order

They sent the phones in a paper envelope packing The boxes were slightly damaged and even one of the phones was opened as the safety seal was broken However they responded quickly to my e-mail and blamed the courier So far the phones are working OK If they start to behave oddly I will return the phones ASAP

Smooth ordering but phone arrived in open box

The whole process was smooth ordering delivery but my phone arrived in an open and a bit damaged box The phone looks and functions ok so far but I am suspecting it had been used before as I found some region specific settings on it I did not try to return it because my old one died and I could not afford to be without phone for days I just hope the phone will work ok but I lost trust in this shop
