When i got my mac charger only worked once Otherwise when contacting them they have been helpfull

Phone charger is almost not useful It is chinese version so if I want it to work I should get an adapter for european 220V socket

Long wait times and getting the wrong product

I waited over a week to get my AirPods Pro 2023 USB-C And when they arrived I noticed that they sent me the older generation of AirPods Pro 2022 lightning not the newer USB-C ones that I paid for The invoice even says AirPods Pro 2023 USB-C and the serial numbers match but the box and charging case make it evident that it is the older product EDIT After writing a complaint they handled the situation quite professionally athough the outcome wasn t ideal Within a few hours they said they will look into it and within the same day they identified the issue and offered either compensation my money back or changing it for the correct product I opted for the latter and sent the wrong product back Unfortunately when it arrived at their shop they said that due to procedural reasons they can t send me the product I ordered but I will instead get my money back They did however mention that I can order it again if I want to That is very unfortunate as they now charge almost 10 more for the same thing than two weeks ago so the competitive advantage of this shop stands no more

Delivery just in time

Product was delivered as specified But I had to send a reminder email for delivery date Delivery was just on time Packaging was just with basic protection I would expect more for a 500 package

Small but important inconveniences

Okay when you insist sending a repeat reminder for a review The phone was received with a completely drained battery which indicates that the battery is either defective or has been used previously The first charges went well which means that the battery is more or less working properly and that it was most likely used previously The phone was manufactured on March 12 2022 so the battery charge should be at least 20-25 How much damage occurred due to the complete exhaustion of the battery - time will tell Before the phone was delivered to me you lowered its price by 30 and in the next few days again for a total of 50 These are all small but important inconveniences All the best

Very bad communication

While the phone is as expected communication was very bad I was told directly by customer support that I would get an email confirming shipping but I never got it Instead I had to email them about two weeks after my purchase asking where my phone was They replied that it had been delivered to a pickup point the previous day Only then was I given a tracking code but it did not say where I had to pick up my package I had to keep insisting for them to finally tell me the pickup location I wonder what would ve happened had I not kept asking questions All in all a very unpleasant experience even though the phone is as expected

I did not get the receit

I did not get the receipt automaticly with order confirmation not even when I contacted seller via mail directly and ask for it I received the receipt only after I left review on Trustpilot so I am rasing review from 1 to 3 stars Tnx to Trustpilot

Okay

It took some time but the shipping was okay The only problem i have is that i got sent the wrong phone I got a blue iphone 16 instead of a green one The blue one is better anyways

All good but arrived a day later than agreed Also I got the phone produced 6 months before I bought it and the battery doesn t seem in a shape too good

very competative prices at the time of buying it was 110eur cheaper Phone was deliverd on the 5day box still had the security seal on I should have orderd a phone case too D dont even know if they sell them overall happy with everything
