I just tried to buy a mobile phone

I just tried to buy a mobile phone using a disposable virtual card for safe online use and it got rejected with the message virtual card can t be used for recurring payments Recurring I m not buying anything from this shop

Well they didn t send me the cell phone I bought but a weaker model No one answers the customer service number they only respond to e-mails And after a few days and a few emails they found out that they were wrong Conclusion I have to send the mobile phone back to the store at my own expense When that was done they took the cell phone back now they don t even respond to email inquiries

Package was damaged

Package was damaged it was a gift but with damaged package broken corners it was inconvenient Mobileshop didn t put protective packaging but instead they put smartwatch in a regular envelope which was easily bent dented by delivery company So I have seen the reply from MobileShop that I didn t buy additional insurance and it is my fault that package was broken I am changing my rating to 1 star so beware if you don t buy additional insurance you are on your own both seller and delivery company are not responsible for any damage nice to know D

The tablet I ordered came and it doesn t work properly After I wrote e-mail to complain and ask for a refund to a Croatia branch I was completly ignored and I got no answer ever after trying to call the number on the website 5 times

I would strongly advise against doing

I would strongly advise against doing business with this company I bought an iPhone 13 a year and three months ago and now they refuse to replace it under warranty They don t even reply to my emails I have contacted my lawyer and the consumer protection agency Stay away from them

Do not shop here

Do not shop here I placed an order for a phone the payment went through In about half a day I receive an email saying their payment platform has found something suspicious and therefore the order is cancelled Still I haven t received my money back Seems like a shady online shop with even shadier payment platform How other happy shoppers got their phones - I don t know Update it took 5 days for a refund to proceed back to my account I bought the same phone with the same debit card at a different webshop I got it the next day without having to go through all of the abovementioned So definitely I advise everyone to shop elsewhere

Be careful with this e-shop

I returned the device in perfect order to the company but they did not return the full amount of the money I paid for it They invented literally invented a reason for which they did not pay me back 15 of the price I paid They use this strategy quite frequently with other customers be very careful with this e-shop Also the communication with them was very difficult and took a lot of time and they returned the reduced amount of my money after a long time BETTER CHOOSE OTHER E-SHOP which behaves more professionaly to its customers

Placed an order 2 weeks ago At first they sent through one company then it turned out that she could not send parcels to Cyprus They transferred the order to fedex indicating some other address in Greece Now I have written 5 letters No answer The phone doesn t answer either

They didn t send my phone until I mailed then more than a week after ordering When I emailed them if order was sent they didn t respond to me until they sent phone out but now when I wrote review they responded imidiatly to wash their name Also I didn t receive any updates and on their site it was stated that order is paid and is awaiting packing

No delivery no status

I ordered a samsung s24 and a charger about two weeks ago after a week they sent an email that the charger is out of stock to which i replied that they can send just the phone and they confirmed the order after two days One week later i wrote an email stating that the status of my order has not changed and that i want an answer They replied straight away saying that they are sorry and that it will be delivered with express delivery Still no status about the phone nor the delivery
