Terrible

Terrible products hasn t been delivered yet though almost a month has passed NO reply from the support even a few weeks has passed

I placed an order on November 21 this year Today 20 days have passed and I have not received my paid order I wrote a complaint regarding the anniversary points awarded to me and after 20 days I have not received a response

Bad experience with payment and delivery

First of all the payment was horor Maybe 7th time was successful and mistake wasn t on my side but the payment gate didn t work properly with any card I tried Secondly the package was send with a huge delay and on its way was damaged and now it s returned So it s been more than 2 weeks and I still don t have my order

My last experience was awful

My last experience was awful I made my orde 17 11 23 and after one week I discover it had system problem I ordered 1 deodorant but system put 2 and because of this system problem it looked like I didn t pay full amount of money After we solved this problem the company couldn t send my pack for 1 week when it sent the number was wrong so courier couldn t contact me Yesterday finally I received my pack but it takes 18 days in total and I needed all these medicines long time ago Because of this awful serves I had pausa in my treatment

I received unwanted items from modere I didn t order those items so I need to sent these items back and this is upsetting

Expensive and product expires very quickly Reduce size of bottles and cost then product won t be wasted TRIM range

Not received - as courier says no county Eircode or phone number on order

Have not received as the courier company are saying that the Modere did not put a county Eircode or phone number on my delivery so they couldn t deliver- I ve been very disappointed with the delivery of this item and it s definitely putting me of getting a reorder which I would need to lose the weight I need to- I m not happy In fact I m furious
