I received two products which I use longer that expiration date Expiration date of Sunscreen until 12 23 and double cleanser until 08 23 Order was big and expensive as a regular customer i am dissatisfied with the service

The collagen shampoo is brill the collagen conditioner does not dispense from the bottle a lot is wasted maybe a squeeze tube design would be better very upset about costly waste

The bottle of Trim Raspberry Lemon flavour got opened while it was been transfered and when I opened my purchase everything was floating with the Trim content Not so pleasant

Lengthy dispatch times and short expiry dates

This order was not dispatched by Modere promptly When dispatched the order was held at customs which further delayed delivery I understand that Modere are not responsible for delays at customs but customer services did not acknowledge the length of time it had taken to actually dispatch my order and simply laid blame on customs Communication regarding my order was also poor and delayed Once my order was received 1 of the products expires within 2 months meaning it would expire before getting the chance to use it all The last product lasted 3-4 months Customer service was poor referring me to their policies regarding expiry dates instead of at least offering an exchange or even a partial refund given the very short expiry date These products are very expensive and I was really disappointed with Modere on this occasion

billing cycle is bad

Your billing cycle is bad The bill inbox with the product was 62 and mail was showing 67 but I have paid 74 9 I stopped my subscription

I initially thought there was a change

I initially thought there was a change in my body shape and weight loss but I m now not convinced that there s been any change I m taking the Trim and powder and capsules soo disappointed and feel that this is another gimmick

First order liked and second returned back

In the first order I got two packages of Collagen had no tightly closes and flowed some liquids out The second order was returned because you mention a bad address from your side and you have given a nonsensical phone number that cosed that goods were returned to you already twice

CS is great delivery is poor

People customer service department are very helpful and friendly My problem is that I have to call your CS because the delivery doesn t happen professionally I don t receive the package because I am not at home All delivery companies put the parcel at the front door it never has been a problem but your delivery person doesn t and I don t find any paper in my letterbox As I don t see your parcel arriving I have to call your CS to know what has happened They give me the address where I can catch my parcel The last one was at 15 drive from my home and there are other locations not further than 3 -4 drive I have to pay for the delivery but need to catch my parcel myself
