Ordered on 18th Nov still waiting or conformation for dispatching my order Use less customer services they have no idea what is going on and where my order is Every customer service agent gives me different reason and they are not professional at all seems like some thing fishy going on Hope they are not fraudsters

DPD did not deliver to my safe place

DPD did not deliver to my safe place and told me I had to pick up the parcel in Shirley Southampton giving me no option to redeliver the parcel Unfortunalty my back seized while carring the parcel I have had to visit the chipopractor twice to resolve the problem

You guys send me wrong product my mentor try to contact you but you guys told her we sort out soon and after one month you send me again new package without solving my problem which one I don t want same again wrong product I don t know about why you send me again so please next time don t send me anything and I want my money back and I send send your product back thanx

Terrible customer service

I placed an order on September 20th It is now October 19th and no sign of my order I contacted customer support on October 8th and was told that there was 1 99 outstanding which is why the order had not been shipped There was no convincing explanation as to why my credit card had not been correctly debited on check-out There was no explanation at all as to why I had not been contacted about this issue A further 1 99 was taken and I was assured the order would be with me in 2 to 5 days It is now 19th October I have heard absolutely nothing I am almost 100 euros out of pocket and wondering if it is all worth it I will soon return to the UK If my order does not arrive very shortly there will be no one here to receive it for 6 months

Alas I never recieved the goods According to DPD it was delivered on Nov 2nd but to the wrong address They said they put it behind the garden door but I dont have an garden door or fence at all DPD tells me I need to contact you to look into the matter The DPD Packet Nr is 05228902697333Please send my order again and tell the delivery service not to put it somewhere but actually knock on the door and have me sign for it Or please reimburse my purchase to my account Kind regards

nobody cared about my order 2 months too late

I ordered in 27th of August and nothing happens 2 months later because I asked meantime several times by email why I dont get my order finally Franco helped after I called modere Until now I have got no invoice Please send me the invoice
