I am still waiting for my order to be delivered When I received an email with the tracking number it said that the consignment did not exist I contacted Modere and was given a revised tracking number While the number is valid it now comes up with the message that there has been a delay at the depot

I have Collagen Skin on subscription

I have Collagen Skin on subscription and the product is good however Modere could do a lot better in sending the product out to so that you don t run out It is easy to calculate how long the product lasts i e 2 x 450ml bottles 15 ml twice a day should last 30 days however the next subscription didn t take account of postage time which I was told by quite a patronising agent Maginele is 5-7 days There s a simple solution which is to post a few days earlier I have fed this back so we ll see what happens next time

Misleading

The recent promo was misleading and didn t reflect the accurate information I sent the highlighted screenshots from both the app and the web to customer support which showed the order would contain a twin pack Logiq rather than the single pack that arrived and received a message to say sorry that I was confused Not the best experience Could you please make your promos more clear in the future Disappointed with the order and the response to my comments

Order never arrived

Order never arrived When I emailed Modere somebody called Lilian informed me that my order was in suspension as I had underpaid It appeared that wasn t the case at all Carolyn who did my order sorted it the order was resent Considering the initial order was submitted on 28 May after all this confusion I eventually received the products on 15 June I don t consider that good service

Not happy with the latest purchase- 2 weeks waiting 10 days before even dispatched from warehouse The products overpriced no loyalty scheme just subscription You would expect that orders over 100 mine average is 190 were shipped for free that s not the case Using the company and products because of my health advisor only

Hard bottles break easily

The order was shipped quickly as usual Unfortunately the bottle of Trim turned out to be leaking so the whole box was covered Those hard bottles are tricky and break easily An email to customer service was handled quickly and a new bottle of Trim was sent but unfortunately it is currently out of stock The intentions are good but this was bad luck Everything else perfectly arranged

Have been waiting to order these Multi Vitamins with Mineral Solutions as one order The M Solutions however have been unavailable for too long ---so am still waiting ---such a shame

Poor choice of essential products without explanation

Poor choice of basic essential products Many have now been unavailable for a long spell eg minerals aloe vera Focus has been cancelled I cannot get any explanation from anyone despite phoning Disappointing after using Modere Neways for years
