Because last time I ordered from Modere

Because last time I ordered from Modere the best before date was some time in advance I decided that this time my order would be less as Experience has taught me that they are not overly concerned with the date on the product in relation to the size of the order My wirry was confirmed

I ve been with Neways Modere for 22yrs I ve loved the products love the integrity of the company but am frustrated that I can no longer buy shampoos which I e waited for now for months Please continue to supply these necessary and wanted personal care products

I did not get what I ordered

I did not get what I ordered The PostNord deliverer did not send me a notice because you did not write my phone number so it almost got sent in return

Black Friday out of stock

Unfortunately I waited for my order for over two weeks I suggest taking down products that are not in warehouse marking them as out of stock or informing your customers about the long delivery times On the other hand the situation was perfectly handled by Ellie which I am thankful for I firmly believe I will be able to go with higher ratings on my next order

An order which I never put in

Last week I received an email I ordered stuff I never heard of the company and didn t order anything I could ship the package to my address so could refuse the package Money is also taken out my account but I never agreed on this Also I didn t make an account or ordered something I asked to delete my account so hopefully this is annoying and time consuming thing is done quickly Moderne responded quickly but I would suggest they delete the option direct debet payment I complained with my bank because I never agreed on this

Good product as ever but delivery still

Good product as ever but delivery still poor and stressful as for some days the tracking system failed to show anything This is stressful and as a result this may be my last order from Modere

I ve been ordering from Modere for a few years now and love their products Everything with my monthly subscription usually great A little disappointed with this delivery as seems to have been late arriving so I d run out if one of my products Usually excellent

Shipping and packing

It was quicker delivery comparing previous order but due to poor packing one of the plastic bottle was broken and leaking

One thing I do not like about my order
