Really disappointed how easy it scratches and marks

Have to say I am absolutely gutted with my flooring It marks and scratches so easily I feel we have to tread so carefully on it and I am so scared to even walk on it We have laminate in many rooms and wanted to change to LVT so started with our newly opened living room but I am so disappointed 3 weeks in the scratches and marks it is so unlike our laminate floors - these have been down 7 years and no special treatment and they are like new - I have pads all on the furniture and am scared to death to put anything on the floor in case it marks like a box or parcel Really feel it has been a waste of money even though it is warm underfoot it is already so marked and we have no animals or small children

To say we are disappointed is an understatement Please don t buy this product we have set out the whole of the downstairs fitted out in this A week after being laid and with felt pads on the feet of chairs the floor has marked and the company responded by informing us we can t move the chair with weight on them Not sure how I m supposed to get up from the table Really poor product with shocking after sales service

If I could leave minus stars I would Had the downstairs fitted with Moduleo LVT literally within 6 weeks it looks crap We bought it in part due to it being labelled as scratch-resistant it is anything but We have deep gouges in places already due to moving incredibly light objects across it and now resign ourselves to tip-toeing around and having a crap looking floor for the foreseeable future Had laminate installed upstairs over a larger area at a quarter of the price that performs better Already had a Moduleo rep around who said that It conforms to EU scratch-resistance requirements whatever that means Ultimately nothing that can or will be done If you want herringbone then either go to another brand or get real wood and if you don t want herringbone then discount this company completely because there is absolutely no reason you should be considering them

To any one thinking of buying any moduleo lvt range or quickstep or any lvt made by there sister companies please save your money the click range does not work more to the point there are countless issues with the manfacturing there warranty is a nightmare if not near on impossible unless you are prepered to fight all the way against rude arrogant Staff managers that find any excuse to void the warranty end the communication when you ask tech based questions i was phobed off for 3 months Until i filed for a small claims court its only then i got a full refund as i knew i was being feed nonsense from the tech manager so do yourself a favour by amtico over this expensive junk amtico will cost you more to purchase however ypu will fit it once will do the job

Moduleo flooring

Saved up for this flooring as we saw it in a show home won t name the building company - but it looked great We have had moduleo down for a year now no scratches but there s gaps appearing Fitter says it s the moduleo We asked another fitter that specialises in moduleo and LVT and he agreed stating this happens with Moduleo It looks cheap and nasty Floor was screed before it was fitted the under lay was the more expensive of the 2 on their site So 4000 wasted

Disappointed

Very disappointed after being told it s one of the best selling products by K2flooring at Swanley perfect finish I wanted for my down stairs I have used private floor layers that came highly recommended and they sourced the product Had it laid and straight away edge s lifted on sections of the floor fitters spoke to rep of the company and was advised to use a different underlay so floor was relaid and still same problem Wish I d read reviews so expensive I will contact the company but after reading your reviews not holding my breath

Avoid this product Our small dog walked on floor after installation and the floor scratched Also big gaps appeared within a few days had a moduleo rep round and the response was The scratches appear to have been caused by the owner s dog this does not make the material unfit for purpose A dog s claws can rip through wood scratch glass etc so whilst the wear-layer is designed to be durable and easy to maintain it is made up of resilient PVC and polyurethane PU which will have limitations of scratch-resistance I don t expect a floor that costs as much per sqm as this does to damage within hours If your thinking of buying don t Also just to highlight we have had our small dog for 4 years and never once scratched laminate or tiled floor

Very poor product and service from Moduleo and their retailer

How can we Moduleo and their retailer Ramsden Mills to respond to our complaints Our experience of the product and service has been very poor I wish we had read the other reviews before buying Please don t make the same mistake

I too wish we had read these reviews This flooring was highly recommended to us and was lovely for a few weeks It is now very scratched despite very light usage no shoes allowed in house no pets or children swept daily washed at least twice a week I just need a contsct telephone number or email address I have been on their website and filled in the forms that appear however we ve had no response They can t get away with ignoring customers
