Ordered a table 10weeks ago no table received yet

I ordered a table and I was told it will be delivered in 4-5 weeks Now I m waiting already 10 weeks and no table received yet After 4 times calling I was told in 1 week someone will call me for the delivery date no-one called me yet and I m still waiting This is the worst customer service ever Would never buy anything again

Lying about delivery date to get the sell

They tell you the furniture is available and will be delivered in two weeks to pocket their selling fee Surprise after not hearing from them for days I call them and an unfriendly person tells me that it will only be available in 7 weeks and God knows when it will be delivered I guess I m sleeping on the floor for two months

Really unprofessional The expected delivery date on my order is 04 10 -08 10 However I was just told that it would take another 1 2 weeks I think I should have looked at the bad reviews on Trustpilot before I made the purchase Buyers beware Don t fall for their low prices I ll never shop at m max ever again

How can a company be so unprofessional and always fail you Sending me an sms that I can pick up my couch from their warehouse And I rent truck and drove there ups It s closed and open only Wednesday and Saturday why don t you tell me M maX And then I write them to transport it for free as it s their mistake Ofcourse no answer It s crazy how big but how unprofessional they are

I purchased a sideboard and the saleswoman said that it is of solid wood Once it got delivered it was compressed wood When we went again to the shop she was rude She said that she can t help me and if I want to return back then they will deduct 25 of the cost I felt cheated and we will never go back to M max Very bad experience I will never recommend anyone to shop there

I am highly disappointed and harassed with Kitchen Team of Momax Munich

I am highly disappointed with from Kitchen team at Momax Munich Your representative gave us information about the items of the kitchen The store was already closed half an hour before and he said we can finalise everything tomorrow But we could not go to the store and did not finalise the kitchen Now after one month he is harassing my wife saying that we have to come to store if we want any solution But what solution is needed when we have not placed the order He just asked us to sign the information sheet and now he is saying we signed the contract I dont know how can I sign the contract without actually signing the contract I am highly disappointed with the Momax and entire momax team If this is not solved I will go legally against fraud and harassment

Waiting 8 months and couting for bunkbed

We ordered a bunkbed in Nov 2021 till this day it has not been delivered The arrival day is deleted 1 day before it should arrive and changed to unknown delivery date Calling with customer service is hopeless They dont help at all don t know the status can not say anything about when the bed will be delivered don t offer compensation of any sort This is truly unacceptable Dont buy anything here Update We saw the bed in the shop in Abtwil and sunce it was not in stock we ordered it online

I am surprisingly very disappointed from M max I ordered an office desk online which included 2 packaged to be delivered I delivered two times the upper part of the desk but no legs Basically not a desk But thats not the worst part I agree that we all make mistakes I contacted M max and they said ok first make a return of one package then we will send the right package The delivery guy who came to pick up the returned product didn t take it claiming that he had not enough place in his transporter From this I understand that M max didn t inform the delivery of the size of the product So I called M max explaining all this The client service was SO RUDE My german is not that good and the ladies were annoyed from this I guess and they turned off my call 2 times They turned off my call in front of my face without finding a solution while I was talking HOW IMPOLITE I AM SHOCKED I will make sure to share my feedback to all my family and friends but also to other people so that they don t suffer the same as me I still don t have a solution for this problem even though its weeks that I have paid the full amount Worst client service that I ever experienced in Germany
