Had a LCD that separated from the glass while on a phone sent it back and they said it was covered because the LCD separated from the glass Never said anything about the LCD being shattered but now they claim the LCD is shattered I feel like I have been ripped off

MOBILESENTRIX COM BUYER BEWAREFeb 2020 I ordered 2 replacement parts and BOTH WERE USED WORN OUT DIRTY GARBAGE Shipping was 8 50 for a box of worthless parts The Galaxy S8 charging port was so bad it was in worse condition than the part I m replacing They never replied from my 3 emails and 5 online chats I halted my CC payment I m also filing a BBB complaint Their site looks amazing with the widest selections listed DON T DO IT STAY AWAY

Absurd idiotic place The mediocrity of the service is abhorrent I was a customer of mobile defenders I was redirected to those unprofessional imbeciles still living in the 20th century You re gonna need a fax to deal with them imbeciles They took my money never delivered products never refunded I have lost hours when all I needed was a screen for a customer a week later I realized they never shipped the screen and HAVE NO REASONS they have not contacted me Their contact form is not working I had to dig to find a generic email to which I requested a refund after having wasted a week having lost a customer money and reputation Do not deal with those unprofessional imbeciles they will hurt your business Thieves fraudster I will post this everywhere

75 of the parts they send you are defective or incorrect Save yourself and your team the headache of dealing with Mobilesentrix They have horrible customer service and the quality has really gone downhill as well When they send you a faulty part they want you to repurchase the replacement They never let you speak with a manager and have now sent me 3 faulty or incorrect parts in a row

They ll sell you broken parts then refuse your refund

Purchase a Samsung S20 FE screen for 51 and a Samsung S22 Ultra screen for 261 Paid 25 shipping and paid 50 to clear it from my shipping company Both of the screens were defective so I requested a refund They told me to send the items back they then told me they do not send international shipping labels so I must pay to send the items back to them so they can check if the items are defective I had the customers waiting so I paid 78 to have them shipped back and I bought two new screens They told me the S20 FE was defective the cheaper screen then told me the expensive screen S22 Ultra was damaged I sent pictures to prove to them thats how I received the parts they took two days to come up with a lie to justify not giving me my refund Try another company and save yourself the time and money by avoiding mobilesentrix
