Most unprofessional experience I have ever had shopping online We ordered several items from them - all delayed and we cancelled most orders They assured us that our sofa bed would be on time Took them 1 full month to deliver from the time it arrived at their warehouse Will NEVER buy anything from them again and strongly advise anyone to steer clear of them Spend your money with someone providing a professional service EDIT response to your reply and offered you different solutions to solve the issue even making a partial shipping with all the items we received which you denied You offered to send chairs and benches but no table which you did not have a delivery time for Absolutely useless Found all furniture cheaper somewhere else and had them delivered within one week and we immediately ship it after the quality check That s simply a lie The sofa was in your warehouse for 15 days before you shipped it Is that really your idea of immediate we decided to proceed with an express shipping 11 days from Italy to Luxembourg - that is only express if delivered by bike messenger Shame on you

I have placed and paid for 3 orders between Nov 2020 - Jan 2021 Never noticed them before I was mainly looking for suspension lamps The website looks nice very tempting black Friday promotions downside lack of technical information on products First order a Foscarini pendant lamp ok But the second order placed on 28 NOV 2020 including a carpet from Hay and some minor decorations has yet to be fulfilled Initially they said the carpet instead of 3 4 weeks would be available in 4 months end of March 21 I said I will wait Expecting to receive it this week today is May 18th let us see Here is another one My subsequent order in Janurary was about a 3-piece glass chandelier from Bomma It looked good the price was good about 442 Euros after discount Once I paid they told me oh it is the canopy you want The chandelier is over 4000 Euros Well the order was completed a chandelier pictured and they sell no canopies And they immediately changed the prices on their website Not trustworthy and some times they reply to emails sometimes they do not

AVOID THIS COMPANY You order products they say they have on stock They take your moneyThen suddenly no stock and no delivery time given even monts later absolute nothing -forget abut refund You have to go through the credit card company Avoid them they take your money and do not give you the products you ordered -They do not care I agree with others this is a very highly questionable business practice as well as what they call them

If I could give them 0 stars I would I ordered a simple paper lamp and paid 12 for shipping which was supposed to be 2-3 day shipping Over a week passed and I still had not received the lamp I then emailed customer service and they did not respond so I emailed again a few days later and finally received a response The lamp came a week later but it had HOLES all over I immediately filed for a return but received no response I then made another claim and still no response It s been a week since the ripped lamp arrived and I have yet to hear anything Horrible service

I order 4 chairs in november 2020 We are in september 2021 still no chairs I can understand that the Covid has brought some issues But having no updates and no information and no answer to my e-mails is a scandal We are talking about a 1500 order I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO BUY FROM MOHD

2 months delay on a product no information poor answers from customer service The worst part is that on the website it s falsely advertised on 8-10 weeks delay while it s already 17 weeks since I place the order and no news It s tge second time it happens to me on this website AVOID

Do not use this website I placed an order for a light costing 200 on 23 11 2021 for a Xmas present and 10 weeks later still haven t received it I ve emailed several times and don t get any replies Non existent customer service

My previous experience 3 years ago was good This time unfortunately it is bad They promise us to deliver our outdoor furniture mid-May and now they say there will be 1 month delay with not even a certitude to be deliver mid-June Our previous contact from 3 years ago left the company apparently They were very quick to answer during the order but when the money is sent it seems nobody takes the time to answer or only 5 days later Very bad service The only excuse I got is that it is not their fault it nothing arrived of course it is the production fault you do not feel a good client even if you spend Euro 10 000 Really bad service Very disappointing

Poor shopping experience in general Their website is full of bugs so it took a long time and many attempts to get the purchase to complete Items that were displayed as in stock for immediate delivery still took 4-5 weeks to be sent and shipping is extremely slow so 7 weeks later I have not received my order zero communications about the order and non-existent customer service A site to avoid update - I finally received my order in October after ordering in June Half of the parts of the bed were missing so completely useless I noticed Mohd has responded to my review - the fact it took them 5 months to do that says it all about their service really

I placed an order for a chandelier on 26-11-2021 with order no M21000002170 The chandelier would be send within 3 4 week Since my order I sent 3 emails and tried to call then several times and they won t even bother to reply Awful customer service I strongly recommend not buying from them Luckily I used American Express so I will ask them to interfere
