EDIT Got to give credit where credit is due Their aftersales service team followed up with me within 3 hours of this post Thank you Silvia for the quick response Glad they were able to follow up and hope the defective product issue can be resolved soon Will update this review again once everything is hopefully resolved I purchased a floor lamp from MOHD Everything from purchasing to shipping was smooth however when I received the lamp I found that it was defective I reported to MOHD about this issue and their first follow up by Simona was fast This was ONE MONTH AGO Ever since that one and only response they have not given me ANY update on how to deal with this defective product I have emailed MANY times to ask for an update with no response MOHD if you re reading this the order is M17000008176 If you want me to change this review please provide me with an update ASAP

Very responsive customer service

MOHD has elegant furniture in competitive prices but I ordered a table that was indicated as available in 2-3 weeks and it took eight weeks to make it available MOHD offered to cancel my order and get refund but I preferred to wait They were very responsive and they replied quickly to all my questions Be careful with the delivery options because delivery might only be at street level and this might be an issue with heavy and bulky items

My order MAGSO101954

UPDATE on January 25 I received an answer indicating that I will be kept informed on the new delivery date and that they are pressing the supplier for a quick delivery My order MAGSO101954 was paid two months ago It is still not in their warehouse I wrote them on Friday and still did not receive any answer If I don t receive any new shipment date by Friday I will ask for a refund through VISA I will also be happy to give a better review if they solve the issue quickly

Never received my orders

I have made two orders M21000002095 and M21000002211 in November 2021 for table ware supposedly the orders should have arrived after 4 weeks They still haven t arrived almost three months later they explained that the supplier has delays due to the pandemic Nevertheless they assured me that they will send me order until the end of this month though

Customer experience with support

Ordered 18 Oct with estimated 2 3 week delivery Item shortly marked as Product overdue due to do manufacturer no further update was provided until Dec Item delivered on 12th Dec Contacting four times via website and provided support channels got no responses Making a negative review on 27th Nov via Trustpilot got a response and I shortly managed to get the item 10 refund was provided Changed from 1 5 to 4 5

Mixed experience but now seems to be quite good

Initially the vendor failed to provide either an order number or tracking information Called the international telephone number but there is no answer Their response to emails is that they have forwarded my email to our customer service team but that was weeks ago Just today I was contacted by the after sales department and they are being quite helpful There were some supply issues but they are intent upon successfully fulfilling my order as expeditiously as possible

Good Customer Recovery by Silvia

During the Black Friday weekend I placed multiple orders but I ve only received one item so far The delay is due to manufacturing issues and it s frustrating since several of these items were meant for my new house The estimated wait time was 3 to 4 weeks which has passed without any significant updates However amidst the delays and lack of communication Silvia from customer service reached out to me via WhatsApp Her proactive approach and immediate assistance were a welcome surprise She offered a solution by prioritizing the available items from the delayed orders to be shipped first I truly appreciate her kindness and effort to provide a temporary resolution during this challenging situation
