Horrible customer service taking forever to get package

I too wish I d read reviews of not only Mollyca but others I saw on Pinterest that seem to have almost the same merchandise same photos Mollychic Lallygals and others I ordered 2 pairs of shoes over a month ago The money was deducted immediately from my account I sent 2 emails to their address but both did not go through Third attempt the email did not bounce back I got a reply that I could track the package but the tracking does not work I fear that if the merchandise actually gets delivered it will be of poor quality Their photos do not look cheap however Bad unethical business I ve reported this to Pinterest twice

We bought boots

We bought boots they were for my wife christmas present took over a month to arrive too late for Xmas Notwithstanding too small very poor quality Tried to send back requested return address 6 times Eventually got a 25pct return on purchase via Paypal but had to keep Boots that are useless to us Do not use these people they are not taking any returns back and all their sizes and quality are not to be trusted

Same as everyone else - except my order never arrived period I received an email next day saying my order had been shipped out 5 weeks later still nothing I ve emailed them 3 times with no response I finally contacted my bank and they are going to pursue the matter on my behalf

Do not buy anything from this company

Wish I had read the reviews before buying These are cheap Chinese made knock offs that don t resemble the actual pictures used in on the website I ordered months ago and still have not received one of the two pairs of shoes I ordered I emailed customer service multiple times trying to cancel my order and get a refund to no avail Then I emailed to change my shipping address because I hadn t received a response and I had moved I finally got a too bad we already shipped one pair and no reference to the second pair at all response 2 weeks later

Do not buy anything from this awful company I also fell for the image on Pinterest of a nice pair of leather boots after payment on PayPal I received a package no box just a stinky plastic pair of boots in a plastic bag 57 99 dollars wasted Nothing like they looked online Sent them back via recorded delivery to the return address on the package because they ignored my e mails for the return address Raised a dispute a claim through PayPal However it fell in the sellers favour gutted PayPal wouldn t refund me because I d not sent the boots back to the address that I never got sent Lesson learned shall not be buying anything else online unless it has good reviews an honest return policy Don t buy from this company

PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING FROM MOLLYCA

I wished I had checked this site before purchasing from Mollyca I ordered a jumper advertised as 100 cotton and when it arrived the label indicated 100 polyester Furthermore the size didn t match their chart The sleeves look long on the photo but in reality they are short In fact the jumper looks nothing like the advertising photo I obtained a return address from Paypal but to return this jumper with tracking would cost me 88 dollars which is more than the initial cost This has been a good lesson for me Never buy anything before checking reviews and return policies

Bad deal Charged right away Product never shipped No response from company My credit card company reversed the charge which is nice Edit 2 weeks after I emailed and 8 weeks after order placed the company wrote back saying they d be shipping my item soon because it s now in stock Got a shipping notification from China 10 days later I got the same shipping notification again Shipping tracking still has no info Avoid these jokers

Fraudulent Company

This company deceives people by posting well made shoes made in the USA at a good prices The shoes arrived after 6 weeks after placing an order and looked like the most hideous shoes i ve Ever seen with a string smell of chemicals I threw them out immediately as I believe they were toxins Please read the reviews before you fall into this scam I m currently disputing the charged with my CC company
