Don t cave early

Crystal and Fatu were very encouraging and helpful at every stage of the negotiations They always reminded me to value my own worth and stayed in close connection during the most pressing times On my own I would ve panicked and caved to accept a much lower offer at the early stages From the Ralph experience I realized how arbitrary a lot of deadlines and maximum ceilings are and how much power my own bargaining chips have By thoughtfully considering every aspect of the company environment and compensation package I was able to find the best match possible

Rora far exceeded my expectations
