Sameer was knowledgeable effective and easy to work with There were a number of times where I asked him for help with a recruiter call with very short notice and he never batted an eye always coming through Most importantly he got results as I was able to negotiate an uplevel and a significantly increased offer This is my second time working with Rora and cannot recommend them enough - they have deep expertise which can make a massive difference in salary negotiations

Rora was incredibly quick and efficient in responding to all of my requests They were extremely thoughtful and kept in mind many details I had lost track of which helped a lot with drafting up emails and arguments They were also very kind and considerate about my own hesitations and reservations I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new role especially directly after graduating

Moonchaser was amazing They had all the data compiled from many applicants they knew when to tell me to push for more compensation and when to stop They give you a full script of what to say what the recruiter will say and responses to push back from recruiters The best thing though is the co-calling You have someone in your court that can immediately respond to curve balls from the recruiter Worth every penny
