DONE WITH THEM

I am currently working with this company and the after the reviews I have read I know firsthand these people are not lying I have been asked twice to send the same information to them and then it s weeks or months before I hear anything back I was talking to a co-worker about them and he said they did the same thing to him and this man has no reason to lie I have tried to be patient and understanding with them but after my experience so far reading these reviews and what my co-worker told me I m done with them I m taking my business elsewhere

As a real estate broker I am a huge advocate for my buyers When my buyers are dissatisfied so am I This company is unorganized and lacks the communication skills necessary in a real estate transaction My clients are very unhappy with what they have experienced Their loan did NOT close on time and they were never given any clear straight forward answers when questions were asked There is nothing systematic about this company s process My clients have A1 credit a very strong financial profile and should have never been taken through the ringer the way have been Buyers be aware and run the other way

They claim to help people get their own house through their financial solutions However they ll get you in deep debt you ll eventually lose your house They are good in making promises and persuading you into contract with them- even when you really can t afford it Be wiser than them and walk away

Avoid the Colorado Mortage Solutions Financial specifically Jayda Matekovic at all costs This is a place that will string you along zero communication and treat you with little respect It isn t worth the hassle to deal with a lender who is not honest from the get go

BEWARE Lender credit promised then revoked

I was in the middle of a refinance on an investment property with Mortgage solutions financial They told me they would match the other lender competing for my business I decided to pursue the refinance with them as I have used this particular lender sales manager before Mortgage Solutions changed their mind and decided NOT to approve the lender credit that was promised to me I will NOT bring them my business or refer my clients to this company as I am a top producing real estate agent and real estate investor This company can not be trusted

Very dishonest business practices

Very dishonest business practices Will tell you to sign their disclosures to keep the process moving Loan officers are extremely unprofessional Will request prior CD s so that they can have something to work toward I went with another mortgage lender and my closing was 1 4 of what MSF was quoting me Loan officer even referred to me as a jack off I haven t dealt with them since 2018 but they re attempting to gain my business after are disastrous attempt to be my mortgage lender that went south with a quickness due to their dishonest practices Avoid at all costs CFPB Notified Mark Faulkenberry and Robert Stern shouldn t be trusted

This company is horrible

This company is horrible We got dragged along for almost 2 months trying to refinance with them as I m explaining we re in dire need of help I had to call back multiple times just to get answers after being told they would call back Long story short they have no idea what s going on amongst them selves and are not willing to help longtime customers in anyway

Slow Process - Discouraged

I signed documents to get the preapproval process going back on April 8th It is now June 6th and I don t have a clue where I stand and I feel like i m being strung along My loan officer hasn t been communicating with me at all even after being told good news on several occasions This has been dragging on for 3 months despite my very quick turnaround sending required docs same day or next day I m frustrated

Terrible Company

This company is not good or friendly to Veterans or Small Bussines Owners I am an honorably discharged Veteran Have owned my own Bussines for 30 years Have been profitable for the last 28 years and have a credit score of 800 They have cost my wife and I our dream house I should have gone to m local bank in the 1st place They are very good and are taking good care of us

Underhanded and Deceitful

I used Tiffany McCall a loan officer for Mortgage Solutions in the past when one of my clients contacted me wanting to sell her house and purchase another Since Tiffany was used on her first transaction I contacted her to have my client get prequalified for another home purchase The next thing I know Tiffany gave my client to her boyfriend that is a real estate broker to sell her house and find her another house I contacted her manager and they did NOTHING They promised to provide a qualified buyer to me but they have NOT done so
