Stay away of mortgage solutions financial We are first time home buyers and had Rita Rebollar NMLS 508503 as our loan officer It was bad from the beginning This woman ran our credit without our permission Red flag We should have ran but decided to forgive her and move forward During our escrow we had to pry information details that we needed to know out of her Even then she was very deceitful When we decided to stop signing forms until they were explained thoroughly Her and her realtor partner boyfriend forged our signatures After putting up 2000 on this home buying process we fell out of escrow When this happened she said our loan wasn t going to be approved anyways She threw a fit and decided to block me and my husband completely She committed fraud and misrepresented herself Do yourself a favor and choose a different lender or at least a different loan officer

Like all the others I like to give a zero rating We ve been working on a loan since July 31 2023 it s now November and guess what no loan we ve paid 800 for a home appraisal and numerous renovations that s cost thousands I m guessing the upfront appraisal money is the scam they re pulling on everyone and I m sure most people won t take the time to write a review about it and mark it up as a loss I for one am sick and tired of being taken advantage of by such scum bags feeding off hard earned money I m not done I ll be reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission as well This needs to be stopped

I want to thank everyone that left a review From the bottom of my heart I am so sorry everyone experienced such a horrific experience during a time that is already stressful enough I was referred to this company and want to thank you for saving me and my family

Very long process to refinance my home 4mos wanted to pay off student loan and car loan company missedpay off amount on both pay offs One was over 400 00 short the other was 330 00 over this was after checking 3 time with both company sWhen I question these issues with the loan officer he replied that it was not their fault

I was well treated by the staff at Mortgage Solutions Financial all through the process For the most part they were on top of what needed to be done I ended up paying for the tie down report which I though was in my loan Also the cards still had amounts due upon closing I still would recommend Mortgage Solutions Financial to someone if they were interested in financing or refinancing a home They would just need to stay on top of the payoffs Thank you

Recently had the pleasure of buying my 5th home My contact Dee Hughes of Mortgage Solutions in Raleigh North Carolina was exceptional This was the easiest and quickest process I ve experienced His knowledge and expertise in processing veteran loans was commendable His assistant Melvis was also very helpful Contact on the weekends and after business hours was never a problem although I tried not to abuse the contact I would give the company 5 stars but there is always room for improvement I would highly recommend this company and thank everyone who was involved in processing my home loan

How nice the team is that s working to get my loan done When I applied on line for a get out of debt loan I had 62 phone calls within an hr emails and text out the wazooo After feeling overwhelmed and just ready to give up I got a call from one last person Yep mortgage solution financial He walked me through all the info I was wanting gave me a list of all the things I would need to have to move forward Till this time my loan is not ready yet but I was pre-approved in a matter of hrs not days As of now he has made a believer out of me and I can t wait to get this going Then come to find out they have a whole team working on our loan and everyone of them has emailed me and introduced themselves and told me what part they are putting into my loan This just makes a man that has worked his tail off since he was 13 now I m 52 to earn everything I have ever gotten in my life it just makes me feel a lot better on how they approach everything I m only giving 4 stars as of now because the loan isn t all the way done But after loan is done and closed on I will be back to right another review and give the name of their team

Two mortgages and a house sale later I m not sure what was experienced by others before however that has not at all been my experience even once I was originally looking at refinancing through a big-box name and asked for a second opinion through a referral I d been given Not only did they find a better rate but they also helped with VA requirements which can be SUPER tedious to ensure that my benefits were best cared for We refinanced not one but TWO properties in a matter of weeks The team was polite and friendly and remembered they were people serving PEOPLE When the VA created additional runarounds they were supportive and helped us navigate through that process with education they answered every one of my calls with a smile with professionalism at no point did I have to guess where we were in the process and with kindness they helped all through closing and called to check afterward too What sent me above and beyond though was the sale of one property resulted in a Title snag 5 3rd s review won t be nearly as complimentary in which the Lien Release document never was filed and I couldn t close on my property Public search clearly showed Mortgage Solutions Financial filed practically the same date of the refinance but 5 3rd never got it done The Buyer s Title Company was not facilitating every avenue or if they were they didn t communicate to my realtor the buyer or anyone else My realtor was frustrated the buyer and I were frustrated so we collectively took matters into our hands to move things along I called up my Mortgage Solutions team and asked What questions am I missing Who else can I call to facilitate this process I was answered promptly they were so helpful and friendly I was given three phone numbers of people who would specifically be helpful in my case and from that I found the exact person who could help push this closing through Again maybe the other reviews are from a long time ago or maybe they didn t call the right person if so Reva Haskin 817-768-3898 or Michael Colomb 505-608-3647 are top-notch and worth calling Most places wouldn t help you AFTER the fact to the extent that they did I m glad to have worked with them both and highly recommend their company to ANYONE needing a mortgage refinance

I can t say enough great things about Michael DeMorato and Nicole Callaway I ll be honest here I went in with a low credit score in the 600s and got approved at 250k Ended up with a 210k home and have been here a year We started out at 5 1 apr and refinanced through them with the IRRRL at 2 5 8 months later Communication throughout the process was key Nicole is a superstar I will say though that you need to do your part Be upfront with them and get them what they need as soon as you can If you want a team that will work with a Vet and not BS them then go with these guys Be ready to work though and trust the process Thank you soooo much I was taken back with the birthday card and gift card You didn t have to do that but it s great that I see you as family
